The location was just perfect, right in the City centre close to everything, at walking distance from the major attractions and places of interest. It was just so magnificent. The room was super clean, classy with modern amenities. Their toiletteries are Occitane which was a very pleasant surprise. I had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food is just perfect.

Pretty much nothing. Maybe the breakfast is quite expensive while the cafes nearby offer great stuffs for much less.

I had an amazing time staying in the hotel. I love the interior design of the hotel, the room looked stylish. Everything was super clean. I was given slippers on demand. The ironing board was also very quickly brought to my room upon request. The breakfast was really good and diverse. The location is also very convenient, several minutes and you are in the very heart of Vienna. The hotel staff was positive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to visit you again when I come back to Vienna.

Very nice hotel, room was comfortable, breakfast with several options, and the location was great, you can reach most of the tourist attractions walking. Also, the staff was nice, and when we arrived, although it was before the time of the check-in, since the rooms were ready, they let us in, which was great.

Nothing major. The only thing I would mention is that the room in the bathroom was constantly on. We asked how to turn it off, and the staff responded that we should take the key out (but for that, we would put the whole bedroom off the energy so was not ideal).

The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes walk from the Belvedere palace and to the center. The hotel itself is gorgeous! From its name, it is all about music. The inner decoration feels like you are at the backstage of a concert hall: Old-school lifts, music instruments, lighting. The breakfast was superb! A plethora of delicious hot and cold servings with such a variety that anyone can find his fit. L'Occitane products will wait for you in the shower!! We loved it and definitely will come back.

Excellent hotel. Stylish rooms and lobby area. The staff is nice, when in room was a problem, the staff quickly solved it, I liked it, thank you! Breakfast deserves a special applause, a large and interesting choice, while everything is very tasty 🤗

We liked the hotel and didn’t have any major problems during our stay. We really appreciated that the room service gave us bottles of still and sparkling water for free every day, it was very convenient especially during hot summer days in Vienna. The shower was spacious and had L’occitane shampoo and body wash. The hotel was quiet, we didn’t hear any loud noises from another rooms or the hall during our stay.

When we turned off the lights in our room, we heard clicking noises from different parts of the room for some period of time. It wasn’t a major problem for us, but was a little disturbing. Also, hotel cleaning service knocked on our door at 8am during some days so that s/he waked us up several times. During our last day at the hotel, someone from the stuff even opened the door to our room but then quickly closed it. When I came to the door, nobody was there. We didn’t understand that strange early morning knocking on the door and stuff unexpectedly opening our door for no reason (given that they probably can see/know that there is someone inside).

I would like to recommend Emmanuelle from the reception at the hotel, she gave us an excellent service and was very pleasant.

Great location- it’s a five minute walk from Stadtpark which connects you to anywhere you want to go in Vienna and it’s near a lot of places interest you can visit. Breakfast was excellent, very tasty and had a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Lovely room with a nice bathroom, a fridge and they give your complimentary water every day. The receptionist when we checked in was lovely, very courteous and let us checked in early.

Some aspects of our room were not clean- our fridge had black stains/marks inside and our duvets had stains. We also got a free drinks voucher and we decided to use it on our last night. However, we ended up not getting a free drink because the bar staff basically ignored us, even when we asked to be served, we ended up leaving the bar instead.

The facilities were great: enough space to comfortably move around the room, enough space to organize the luggage and personal items in both the room and the bathroom. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. I went to Vienna in the summer and the temperature outside was very high, but the room stayed cool. I truly had great time. Location is good, city center with opera is within walking distance.

When I checked out and waited in the breakfast area, I asked for a coffee and the barista also charged me for that. I know she did the right thing, but it would have been nice to have it as a treat since I stayed in the hotel for a few nights and it was also a 4* establishment. It’s a minor thing, the rest was awesome.

Cosy hotel, lovely normal sized for Europe rooms, very welcoming and extremely professional staff, comfortable lobby with lounge and bar, excellent bar menu, quick lifts,everything you need in addition as iron or utensils and ice , reception can provides. I will definitely recommend it as its location is just perfect for art and music lovers ! Free still and sparkling water was provided in the fridge. We didn't try the Apron restaurant , but I am sure will be very good food, as our bar snack was delicious and made at the restaurant .

Somedays the towels were a bit overused (clean but not so fluffy and new) , room decor was a bit to dark, but this is personal opinion(makes room looks smaller ). Somehow the guests' noise was keep coming through our door even the hotel was quiet . We specifically twice asked room on higher floor with my Booking.com correspondence with the hotel , this was not acknowledged by the reception. I did not mentioned again on the time of check-in , still this ruins a bit my otherwise great impression of the hotel.
