Our room was small, but well laid out, very modern, clean facilities. We did not use the kitchette, but it seemed very well stocked. We did use and were grateful for the laundry facilities in the basement, which were easy to use. Also an excellent location across from the train station.

I did not like that there was no one at the reception most of the time. I guess that makes me old fashioned. The Nespresso machine did not work properly in our apartment, but could not find someone to complain to about that.

These are business rooms and we travel here (summer) for our vacations for context. - I liked the self service model very much, you get to handle your room and there is a room in each floor with supplies to handle it yourself, so privacy. - Washing machines were cheap and free dryers - Close the window and you forget there is a street outside. - Cleanliness throughout. - Good nespresso machine in each of our rooms, plus machine for capsules next to reception, though machine in one language only. - There is a standing fan in each room to help with heat. - Location is very very good. - Liked the keycard generation process to access rooms

- Lack of air conditioning made sleeping at night harder. - Mattresses not the best, but ok. - An inflatable pillow would have been way better than those provided. - Glass shower door spills water outside due to bad bottom seal. - Standing fan could have been quieter. - Instructions given to operate the building door on arrival (first access) weren't clear enough, we actually had to help one night two travelers that were lost on the given instructions just as we were; they knew english well enough to discard language barrier as the reason. - Since this place uses hotelbird software, we were lost on how to translate one booking for two rooms from booking.com to two independent rooms in hotelbird software. - Sink in one room leaked.

The stuff is so good. The reception team always helps us so kindly. It was so good. I deeply appreciate all stuff and cleaning people. Zerina Helped me with the dentist's issue. I could not explain in german, However, She called to Dentist to make an appointment, It was Hero, My pain tooth issue has been fixed. So Reception team always helped us so kindly, They are the Best in the world. Again, I deeply appreciate all staff, Everybody was so kind and so helpful. I cannot explain it in words. Very very clean, well equipped with dishes, good location, close to the central station, close to metro and also shuttle buses from airport. Close to supermarket

As the staff are only available during working hours, you can’t leave your luggage after your checkout for a couple of hours

We had a lovely stay at SMARTments. The building is next to the central station with connections to the subway, trains, busses, and trams. Nevertheless, it's on a quieter street and well sound insulated, so it's not noisy. The buidling is secure, clean, and welll maintained. The rooms are spacious enough and have all basic amenities as well as a stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, and coffee machine. The bed was very comfy, except for the pillow, which was large and simultaneously mostly empty of filling. On each floor, there is a cleaning room with cleaning supplies, if needed, as well as an iron and an iron board. Downstairs, there is a laundry room as well, which is a big plus. Would highly recommend! There is a Vapiano right next to SMARTments, the food is delicious. There is also an Interspar Pronto at the central station that closes at 23.00, might be useful as most shops close much earlier.

All was great, except for the pillows.

I love the location! It's right there at the Vienna Central, so you can go wherever from there. It also has everything you need around it - supermarkets, clothes stores, places to eat. The place itself is great! Love the fact that it has self-checkin, and that you have the apartment to yourself. It was as spacious as expected, it had all the necessary kitchen stuff, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and it was very peaceful being there. We stayed during winter, and we could easily sit in a T-shirt because it was very warm (you can turn the heat down, and up). All in all, really great!

The only thing I would suggest changing is the bed itself and the pillows - maybe add a pillow or two that are a bit bigger, puffier, rather than the ones you have now (super flat). And the bed itself is a tiny bit uncomfortable as you go towards the middle when you lay down on it. But that's just nitpicking at this point. Overall GREAT!

A great and comfortable place in a close proximity to Vienna main train station. It is easy to reach it by train from the airport and also in a walking distance from the city center. There is also a metro station close to the place which takes you directly to city center. Great price and you have almost everything in the apartment you need for a shorter or longer stay. Also the wifi connection was great.

There were some cleanliness issues. There were some dark hair in bathroom and in my bed when I arrived. The coffee machine seemed also to be broken, as the water was leaking out. I also did not find any instruction on the recycling - I do hope that the cleaning stuff tries to recycle the garbage, but it would also be great if the guest could help with it.

It was really nice and clean when we got there. We liked the kitchen facilities. Bathroom was also really nice. We liked that we could close the curtains so that it’s dark in the room. Also the location was perfect

The card that we have to use to get in the room worked really weird, it didn’t work and it took us a pretty long time to figure how it works. The TV was pretty old, and there was no Netflix and YouTube to watch. We also booked for 2 people, however the room had one pillow and a small blanket. We tried to go to the facility room but there were no additional pillows. There also was only one comfortable chair to eat.

The location is the best part of this place, right next to Wien Hauptbahnof. The room was clean and well maintained. Since i have stayed here before, the contactless entry was not intimidating, though it does have a lot of steps that may not always work especially for international tourists.

For the price one pays, one can expect a bit more. The fridge could have had a few more things for someone who comes into the room late at night and needs a bite. The provisions in the room seem quite basic to me, compared to my last stay here. Since there is a cooking facility, perhaps provide some salt, pepper and other basics? Please note that the space while clean is very compact. So, adding some value to it may be a good idea.

Location is great if you travel by train. The area is well served with transportation and is also very quiet and clean. The apartment is very organized and comfortable, minimalist good-quality furniture and kitchenette. Clean and quiet. The lounge is also very cozy with an organized coffee area and a coffee machine Barista style that allows you to make yourself a coffee after buying a capsule for 1€ from the vending machine. Easy self check-in system via touch screen by the entrance.

Pillows could be better, we found them way too flat and a bit uncomfortable. That's the only thing I've would suggest to improve.
