Great location. Large spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and linens. Helpful, friendly and professional staff .

Air conditioning was limited. It kept the room at room temperature, comfortable in the day but too warm for the very cozy duvet.at night Advertised as having an in room coffee maker.but the coffee pods are not free .

Fantastic location (about 100m from the Spanish riding school and Sisi museum,) very luxuriously appointed with friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast buffet was very impressive but it felt a little rushed. Plates were cleared as soon as the cutlery hit them. Maybe that’s what other guests like 😂

The location of this hotel is phenomenal. Right by the go-to cafes, most luxurious shops and museums. Virtually everything you want to see is within walking distance. The sound insulation in the room is great, breakfast buffet has tons of fresh, organic choices. Bathroom is clean and updated with a speaker connected to the room TV. There is even a suana that is included in the price of your stay. Room is great size. If you stay here you will not regret it. I would happily book again.

The location of the hotel is great, easy to walk to the main attractions. The room was big and super clean, really comfortable. Can definitely recommend this hotel for any type of stay in Vienna. Loved the pillow menu

Inter-leading door between our room and another which made it noisy late at night or in the early morning when people were in the room or coming/going.

The location was excellent, in fact I chose the hotel for its location. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are all top notch.

The bed, although comfortable, was too high from the floor. I suggest that a sensor activated night lamp be installed.

Rather frugal with the complimentary teas and coffees and a distinct lack of milk for making drinks in the room! Cold water one morning so couldn’t shower (which was promptly dealt with, it must be said).

Beautiful, modern hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Vienna. The rooms are clean, comfortable, a good size with a sitting area. Breakfast was great!

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was not able to find our Booking.com reservation as it was not sent to their system. After searching for some time, the reservation was nowhere to be found. The hotel reception confirmed they did not have our room request, however, assured us they would not turn us away. They were able to replicate the Booking.com reservation and we were able to stay at the hotel for the same rate and room originally requested. We are grateful to the staff for accommodating us during such a busy time. Suggest confirming with the hotel directly to avoid this from happening, especially during peak summer travel.

Central location was perfect for our purposes. Rooms were lovely but warm. And as always, I wish European hotels had exhaust fans in bathrooms.
