Clean and spacious rooms. Reception staff were excellent

Some of the staff weren’t that attentive. Service was not up to standard and the food and coffee wasn’t that good

My stay at Rosewood Vienna was by far outstanding! My family and I enjoyed every moment spent here and the experience fell nothing short of perfect! From the excellent location, to the great services provided, facilities, and most importantly, the wonderful and friendly staff—they made our stay feel like home. From the staff at the entrance, the concierge, front desk, room service, as well as the staff at the Neue Hoheit restaurant. And I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the staff that made our stay pleasurable (and forgive me if I forgot to mention any names): Esabella, Peter, Helen, Caroline, Maggy, Luciano, Gabor, Aleksander, Balint, and Leoni. Attention to detail and cleaning service was exceptional

The breakfast was very basic for such hotel. Very small and minimal Buffett.

Great experience over all . Location is good as it’s middle of all the shops , rooms are big and organized.. cleaners always coming two times a day to clean and organize the room . .. very helpful and attentive staff .. they made my stay wonderful ..

The breakfast was the only bad experience I had .. as I ordered in the buffet omelette and took more than 1 hour to make . Since I couldn’t Waite any longer , because I had to check out .. I didn’t even have my breakfast. .. so it’s advised to tell your customer that making your breakfast will take that long . So they can eat outside the hotel .

The comfort and style of the place were great. It’s a five star hotel that doesn’t disappoint. The staff are exceptionally friendly here, (they really are lovely) and the location is superb - a short walk to all the art galleries (which was the purpose of my visit) other than the Belvedere which is located further out but which is also easily reached by public transport in about 25 minutes. It was also 20 minutes to the airport by taxi which was important to me as it was a whirlwind visit. It’s a very nice 5 star hotel in a lovely part of the Innere Stadt. The Brasserie Hoheit on the top floor serves very good food and wine, is surprisingly very good value and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The trout, sardines were delicious as was the artisanal bread and the Californian Chardonnay preserved by Coravin worked out as only £14.10 per glass - that is unheard of in London. The staff were again so friendly and pleasant.

Well…not much to not like. The gym is on the small side but I’ve seen smaller in five star hotels in Paris. It was fine and I used it once. 2 treadmills, hand weights only but it was fine for me that day. There is no pool. The room was on the pricey side given its size. I took a junior suite and it was actually about what you’d pay in central London. Very nice but by no means a bargain and a teeny bit small for £1500 per night? Nice large marble bathroom with bath and separate shower though.

The room size was very comfortable with a nice view of the area. The location of this property is certainly a plus for me and the staff are very friendly. I for got a bag in the restaurant and remembered a few hours later. The bag was returned without anything missing. So plus for honesty. Concierge were very helpful in directing me to some shops. The restaurant on the rooftop was great for breakfast and later on tea/coffee. It has nice views of the city and an inner courtyard for when the weather is nice to sit out, which it was for the few days I was there.

I thought the room was a bit dark in terms of lights. But maybe it was dimmed and I did not take the time to change that. I did not find any thing I did not like about this property. Would definitely be staying here when I am back in Vienna.

Great location, amazing design, great food.

Before our arrival the hotel asked if there is any special occasion - we informed them that this is our anniversary. At the CHECKOUT I told them that not even a welcome message waited for us. They said, they asked the housekeeping to organize a small gift, but it seems they forgot. We want to the salon to have some special cakes and coffe. the waiter try to convince us 3 times to go with him to see what conference, training rooms they have. I tried to sign him politely, that we not open for that, cause we here to celebrate, not on a business trip, until i needed to tell him clearly to give us some privacy. In the room it is not clear what is included from the beverages. Lastly while we stayed there there was a promotion on booking for 520 euro per night, while we paid 820 euros.

the fact that l except the roof top restaurant where you have a german manager, the breakfast takes quite a while, there is a lot of staff with no sense while service is provided by just one person ( you might wait 29 min for a coffee since the structure ia as follows/ one person brings you to your table, one person cleans the table the chef walks around and just one guy literally serves coffee omelets etc 3 other people prepare the breakfast meaning the buffet to many people for a mediocre service!

Excellent low stool and excellent staff, the service is second to none, special mention to the concierge Franz who arranged a lot of attractions and his recommendations for what we wanted were spot on. Johnathan also was extremely professional and greeted us and looked after us very well. The waiter in the restaurants Emu was fantastic and very professional. It was a real pleasure staying with our family of 4 in the Rosewood and we will definitely be returning. Nothing is a problem always smiling and making you feel very welcome. Even when we arrived the director Roland of the hotel came to introduce himself, said good morning to guests at breakfast. A real home from home hotel with a personal touch. Nothing it was excellent

Perfect location, very stylish and beautiful interior, gorgeous view from the window during breakfast. Delicious and varied food at breakfast. I was very pleased and appreciated to receive a room upgrade in honor of my birthday. I also received a compliment cake and a postcard with congratulations from the hotel team on my birthday.

The arrogant doormen are the only thing that left a bad impression. When we left the hotel, we didn't tip the doormen because we didn't have small bills. When the taxi arrived, we immediately got into the car and said goodbye. The doormen realized that there would be no tip from us and very rudely threw our suitcases into the trunk and didn’t even say goodbye. It's a shame when people are friendly only for money.
