My stay at Rosewood Vienna was by far outstanding! My family and I enjoyed every moment spent here and the experience fell nothing short of perfect! From the excellent location, to the great services provided, facilities, and most importantly, the wonderful and friendly staff—they made our stay feel like home. From the staff at the entrance, the concierge, front desk, room service, as well as the staff at the Neue Hoheit restaurant. And I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the staff that made our stay pleasurable (and forgive me if I forgot to mention any names): Esabella, Peter, Helen, Caroline, Maggy, Luciano, Gabor, Aleksander, Balint, and Leoni. the fact that l except the roof top restaurant where you have a german manager, the breakfast takes quite a while, there is a lot of staff with no sense while service is provided by just one person ( you might wait 29 min for a coffee since the structure ia as follows/ one person brings you to your table, one person cleans the table the chef walks around and just one guy literally serves coffee omelets etc 3 other people prepare the breakfast meaning the buffet to many people for a mediocre service!

Excellent low stool and excellent staff, the service is second to none, special mention to the concierge Franz who arranged a lot of attractions and his recommendations for what we wanted were spot on. Johnathan also was extremely professional and greeted us and looked after us very well. The waiter in the restaurants Emu was fantastic and very professional. It was a real pleasure staying with our family of 4 in the Rosewood and we will definitely be returning. Nothing is a problem always smiling and making you feel very welcome. Even when we arrived the director Roland of the hotel came to introduce himself, said good morning to guests at breakfast. A real home from home hotel with a personal touch. first of all i would like to thank all the staff members of the hotel for the amazing hospitality we got an upgrade on our room to suit, the suite is nice and spacious equipped with everything you might need, it was luxurious and amazing experience also the location is perfect few meters away from the center

Great hotel, great staff. They are always helpful and smiling, the bar had great cocktails, the food was good and the even the gym was spacious and well equipped, and had the right atmosphere. The junior suite was spacious, you can even open the windows, and the dressing room had a decent size as well. Amazing roof top terrace/bar that unfortunately always sat in the rain while I was there. I chose this hotel because it seemed both classic and modern - too many hotels (in Vienna) look like a hundred years ago, and too many look over designed. Rosewood kept a great design balance everywhere.

Only thing to complain about is the complete lack of environmental cards that you place on bed to change bedding or towels. Has to be communicated directly via housekeeping or reception, otherwise all gets changed each day. This change-bedding-each-day is so outdated, especially if like me you are staying by yourself for 8 nights.

From the very first minute, the team at Rosewood Vienna Hotel could not have done enough for us. The exemplary service started even before our stay, when I received several timely and thoughtful emails from the hotel (mainly from their Guest Experience and Concierge teams). During our stay, when the reception and Experience team learnt that we had got engaged, they were wonderfully kind and made us feel both so special. I would like to also make an additional individual thank you to Magdalena (Front Office Manager) and Massimiliano (General Manager, Neue Hoheit restaurant) who ensured we had our most memorable last evening with them. The hotel itself is perfectly located for easy access to the city, the interiors are nothing short of stunning and it has an incredible rooftop bar and restaurant. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was by far the best hotel room we have ever stayed in – a huge room with luxury bedding, large shower, separate walk-in wardrobe, etc. If you are looking for a hotel that is in a prime Vienna location, with a team of people who pride themselves on providing the very best service, and genuinely care about your stay with them, I would happily recommend (and encourage you) to stay at the Rosewood Vienna.

Situated in a quiet street, in the heart of the old town of Vienna, this hotel has a discreet entrance where you are greeted by a smartly dressed concierge who escorts you through a beautiful atrium and a lift to the reception. The reception area is understated opulence, matching the standards of the whole hotel. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated in a more modern style that matches well with the age of the building itself. Taken to our 'upgraded' room by the reception staff, we were greeted with a fantastic, large suite that I could have stayed in for weeks! Everything was catered for and spotless. The whole hotel is immaculate, stylish and quiet. We used the roof-top bar with its outside veranda and dined in the hotel restaurant. The food & drinks were excellent and the service exemplary. The facilities & rooms are definitely 5* but what really stood out for me in this hotel was the standard of service. The staff are young, immaculately presented, helpful, very friendly and so professional. Every single person we dealt with were simply amazing. A special thanks to to concierge team who could not do enough for you, the reception team and Alex, our driver. They are all a credit to the hotel & group. I hadn't planned to return to Vienna any time soon (too many places to see) but having stayed here, I will be rushing back to this hotel as soon as possible.

It was beautifully furnished, big comfy bed, amazing bathroom and toiletries and so many lovely little touches to make us feel so welcome on our honeymoon! The turndown service was incredible and even the wires of our phone cables were held together by a leather strap and my make up and jewellery beautifully placed out. The location was also perfect right in the centre of Vienna with beautiful buildings all around!

The gym could have more girl friendly weights and the rooftop bar could play some louder music / live music for a better vibe! Service at breakfast needs to be improved but the breakfast food was amazing quality.

Awesome. Pricy but worthy, Must try the restaurant - sensational taste and overall treat. One can feel really welcome and kind being there. Breakfast is awesome, lunch as well. Whatever you order is - great. Concierge - very helpful.

Hotel access by private car is very difficult, we got as close as 100m, but impossible to park anywhere. We called them, and they send a driver for valet parking. We just walked last 100m to hotel, they took care for car, bags and all sort of stuff we left in the car... So actually i shouldn't write it here as its not hotel's fault but Vienna's town hall....:)

I would say one of the the best things about the hotel was welcoming from the entrance to the room. Front office/reception team was lovely. Both Karoline and Caroline has replied all our queries swiftly & kindly. Also, the room was very stylish, well occupied and warm like home. Plus, the breakfast had quite delicious selections with ideal portions. Last but not the least, the team was very sensitive about our special occasion which meant a lot for us. Thanks for all the favors, details & good wishes. You made our day.!
