The rooms are excellent and they have the best breakfast I have found in Austria

The only problem is that some rooms have window to the street and the noise of passing through cars is a little inconvenient. However, it is a small town and a small street, so I will say it is a small issue. Also, following the catholic Austrian tradition, the church, which is just crossing the street, rings the bells at 6 am every day.

Great Hotel, Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Great Location and not far from the Motorway. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The restaurant needs to be prebooked which I was unaware of. Luckily I found a pub that served food. Could do with this being on the website prior to booking.

room was good, breakfast was rich and tasty. location was excellent - in the middle of Wattens in Tirol. 50 meters from Rathaus.

no air conditioning. this was known but the problem was that in the summer it means opening the windows - and out in the street just under the room is a Bar/Pub with extremely loud noise all over the night. also, for some reason, people drive by making a ton of noise late-late at night outside the hotel. I guess for winter time, this place is perfect.

Perfectly located hotel in the center of Wattens. And just a 10 minute walk to the Swarovski kristallwelten. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms with great modern facilities. Also, the breakfest had a lot of choice and tasted very good.

There is not always parking available at the entrance of the hotel, but there are plenty other great options at walking distance.

Quite a normal hotel with generic hotel stuff. Good location and good breakfast. Initially my room was very small and adjacent to another room with a door, so everything that happened in that room was clearly audible. The staff was very friendly to and moved me to another room on request, since I had an early morning the next day.

The room I was first in was not exactly quiet, but it was very nice I was able to change rooms.

Clean and tidy, good location, covered secure motorbike parking.

The shower soap dispenser was empty. Reception had no refill.

Great location close to motorway. Nice small town with several nearby restaurants to choose from. Comfortable, quiet room, although aircon would have been nice during our stay. Well assorted breakfast with great coffee. Good value for money.

the breakfast and room where we had it was wonderful. The mixture of old and new in the hotel was good - we loved the stairs leading up from the reception.

2 coffee pods in the room was not enough!

Staff were pleasant, central location, clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious and parking outside the hotel.

Would've been helpful if it said to prebook the restaurant for an evening meal, as there were no tables available
