I absolutely loved my stay at the Dollinger. The location is perfect and is close to just about everything. It's just outside the main busy city center so it's quiet and peaceful. The staff are all amazing, especially the girls at the front desk. They help you with everything and also gave me a special card for free busses and trains that helped so much. The place is very clean and organized and has air conditioning, which in this heat is essential for a good night's sleep. The food at breakfast and the restaurant were exceptional! I'm coming back to stay here at the end of my trip a few more days before I leave. I highly recommend it!

Our family of 4 stayed for one night in 2 rooms with a nice view from our windows overlooking the mountains. The hotel was easy to reach by car. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was good. Breakfast was included in our stay and was also good. Parking is available but very limited.

There were a smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel. No USB charging port in the room The bathroom glass bathroom door does not offer privacy

The location was fantastic. 3 bus stops with in 5 minutes walk. Including the local bus to Swarovski museum. Views from the windows were lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Staff amazing. They all spoke at least two languages and easily switched from one to another. The bar and restaurant were very good. Food lovely and plenty of choice of drnks. The beer garden was very comfortable and relaxing. Rooms were large and bathrooms great. Big enough but not too big. No noise from outside or from with in. Air-conditioning great. Windows that open is fantastic.

Unfortunately the pillows are very uncomfortable. But that has been all over Europe. The bottom sheet was a bit scratchy.

Excellent, very affordable, foot steps from city center in Innsbruck. Nice room, new mattress, bathroom is awesome, breakfast with lots of variety, staff very friendly and prompt to help whatever the time is.

Air conditioning of rooms facing a very busy street does not operate too long and shuts down automatically. You have to decide on not sleeping well because of waking up to turn on AC all the time or the open the windows and not sleep because of loud noise. Neither are good choices.

The Dollinger is my preferred hotel in Innsbruck! It's close to the mountains and is in a beautiful quiet part of the city. It's a 10 minute walk by the river to the old city which one must definitely see while in Innsbruck! The building is clean with modern updates as well as the rooms with super comfy beds. The staff are all amazing and so helpful if you should need anything. The breakfast room, restaurant and lounge are all fantastic and the food is quality and delicious! I've stayed twice and will definitely be back!

What's not to like!

The location was great, easily accessible to the city centre. The staff were friendly, the dinner I had one night was delicious and the breakfasts were lovely, with lots of choice. I loved the decor of the hotel, bar and dining rooms, even down to the art on the wall in the corridor and the fresh yellow tulips placed in a white jug under the golden coloured mirror on the landing on the first floor. The rooms and every part of the hotel that I came across was very clean. I missed my bus to the train station on the morning I was leaving and had to run back to the hotel to ask the lady on Reception to order a taxi for me. She did and said the taxi would be there in 2 minutes, which it was. Because of the speed the Receptionist booked the taxi and because the taxi turned up on time, I made my train.

The only downside was that the carpet on the left side of the bed was stained, due to being overused I imagine. It made the carpet look a bit grubby.

The recently updated interior. Modern and clean with an Austrian traditional feel. The location was across the river 20 mins walk to the old town, however the Innsbruck tourist card which was given on check in meant all the frequent buses free. We enjoyed the walk. Very popular and busy restaurant which offered a wide range of delicious food. Would certainly recommend. Great breakfast offering a wide selection of hot and cold items.

Nothing

One of the best choices of accommodation we made. Our room is spacious and cosy and opens up to mountain views. Love how we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre yet within reach via buses and trams or for those who love walking like us, the city centre is definitely a walkable (not to forget scenic and relaxing) distance away. Major plus point is how calm and peaceful this area is. Located at the foot of Nordkette, we could easily get to Alpenzoo a short, nice hike up and then to the funicular station up to the beautiful snowy mountain peaks. Because we are away from the main city centre, we get to experience an enjoyable, peaceful time to buy grocery at the Hofer supermarket which is also within walking distance from the hotel and offer an array of food, snacks and other essentials at such affordable prices. Staff is pleasant and kind. Often greeting us in the morning during breakfast and showed us another cosy eating area when the main area was full. Breakfast spread was also just nice for a good start to the day. We have fallen in love with Innsbruck and part of it has got to do with the comfort we got from Dollinger.

We spent one night there with friends. The hotel was great with plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast was also really fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly.

The room was originally for 4 people but they turned it to 5 persons room. One bed was not comfortable because it was sofa bed (guest bed). We talked to them but they said all rooms are booked and we cannot change the room. But at the end they give us little discount by reducing one person breakfast amount (15€). Advise: not to book one room for 5 persons because they don't have it. If you are more than 4 persons, book another room.

Fabulous hotel, just a bus trip away from the train station. The beds were super comfy. Very clean! Breakfast was included. So much choice compared to other hotels we have stayed at. An excellent choice from a hot breakfast to fruit, cereal etc. Staff were excellent in helping us. We hopped on the scooters, through the app and could leave them outside the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

That we we're not staying another night!
