The best thing about the property apart from it’s excellent location was the very polite and friendly staff. Yusuf checked us in the rooms also made us visit before we paid so that we don’t have any complaints. Kanan Valiyev was the sweetest and greeted us every time we came and go. Raul was a young adult served us breakfast in room on request. All of them spoke good English which is rare in Baku. The rooms were spacious. Location was very convenient adjacent to malls and Baku boulevard.

There was not much to complain but if I nit pick the carpet in the room was little old and had few stains. Although it was clean and my feet didn’t pick any dirt when I walked on it.

Marine Inn Hotel has a really good location being located along the main road of Baku, surrounded by malls, parks, restaurants and near Caspian Sea. Great Job! to the three sweet and dedicated front desk officers namely Canaan, Raul and Kareem, the service and treatments they give to the guest are outstanding!

the towels seems old but within standard, and they might want to look at replacing the small fridge in the room. and even though guest are mostly outside for tours and sight seeing it would be good to have English channels on the TV.

My preferred choice in Baku after searches and comparisons for the hotel location , On the main street of "Bakı Bulvarı" , next to Marriott and Hilton Hotel , Some rooms on the sea directly. Nizami area is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. By taxi via the Bolt app less than 2 Dollar in 3 minutes. Many famous malls are just meters away from you. Google Maps will help you find out For hotel rooms, Comparative with hotels at the same level, The room is big, and more modern , The cleanliness of the hotel and room is great. The TV is connected to the Internet, and through the Internet you can play your “accounts” on YouTube or Netflix ,Or any other applications that support Google Play work team A wonderful team led by the hotel manager, Mr. Ibrahim, They provide you with support and a smile all the time

Beautiful stay! Excellent property and very convenient, it's 10 min close to the center , 2 min walk from Park Bulvar Mall and 10 min walk from Deniz Mall , the service at the hotel was exceptional, the hotel staff was beyond exceptional, very polite and friendly specially the general manager Mr Suleyman, the rooms were clean , very comfortable . I highly recommend it.

Helpful and friendly staff. This time I got sick and unfortunately I canceled my trip. The staff helped me quickly to arrange the cancellation. I stayed in this hotel also in last year. I really enjoyed last time staying at Holiday Inn Hotel. The view to the sea is amazing. Location of hotel itself is very nice and reachable to main locations in Baku. I will stay here again once I am coming back to Baku.

Since we had stayed in the inner city (Icherishehr) during the first part of out trip to Baku, we decided to stay on Baku Boulevard for the last leg. It provided an interesting contrast to the other side of town. There are lots of restaurants, skyscrapers, government buildings, and malls at walking distance. This hotel is perfect if you're stopping here for a few days. The rooms were very comfortable with a great panoramic view of the area including the Caspian Sea. Despite being on the main road, the rooms were not noisy at all. The staff was also very personable and helpful and ready to offer us guidance.

It is a great spot to walk to and from but if you are thinking of taking a car or Bolt to someplace, be prepared to be stuck in traffic for 5-10 mins just outside the hotel (traffic for most of the day). Also, there was no elevator in the hotel (something that is mentioned on the booking site but worth highlighting for those who may have missed it). Our rooms were on the 3rd floor so we had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Spacious Room, Reasonable price, Exceptional Service. All their staffs are really helpful and friendly. They helped me to order a private charter to Gobustan, and also helped me to order delivery food online.

there is one thing needed to be aware of. Their credit card machine is not working. All our cards got declined. You may pay until you check out. So better go to the Central Post Office nearby to exchange cash.

I like everything in the hotel , the great staff and especially the manager, everything was great and very helpful staff, I respect this hotel and everything clean and nice ☺️☺️ I love this place and if I will come again to Azerbaijan I will come to this hotel, my favorite place, great location, everything around the hotel , every one want to stay comfortable so this hotel the right choice . From check in to check out, everything was super smooth. Special shout out to Mr. Ibrahim and all his staff that were so supportive and friendly throughout. The whole staff had a smile every time you encounter them at the reception. Mr. Ibrahim and all the other staff made us feel at home. Moreover, the location of the hotel is amazing, it is a 1 minute walk to the bulvar which in itself is an amazing place where you can spend hours. The rooms were so spacious with all the facilities, the location is near to all the go to places in Baku.I want to thank all the Marine Inn staff for such a great hospitality. There are a few things missing but the whole package is super amazing and compensates for the missing thing, also the things that were missing are not that special either.Thank you so much Mr. Ibrahim and staff for making my stay at Baku a treat. I am surely going to recommend Baku and Marine Inn to my friends and family. 10/10 for everything!

Everything was great.

The location, the view from my window, the warm welcome from the hotel staff including the manager. Also very helpfull when answering my questions. First time Baku and I've got no regret. Definitely come back at this hotel when once travelling back to Baku.
