1. The place is well kept but clearly out of date. It is good that they are renovating. 2. The beach was clean and the staff were always helpful both by the beach and the room service. 3. It is nice and convenient that they offer a verity of restaurants in the property.

1. Most of the staff were nice. But phe person checking me in overcharged me. And when I notified him, he tried to dismiss it by saying it’s taxes (not even looking me in the face), then saying it’s from foreign exchange. I showed him that’s both times he’s wrong, but he was resistant. I thought that was very disrespectful and dismissive, and wouldn’t be surprised if it worked on other customers who didn’t notice. He didn’t even apologize. But they did refund me later. 2. Wifi isn’t free, which doesn’t make sense, especially because the cellular service was bad.

The facility is amazing with magnificent landscaping

The price is very high compared with other 5 star hotels in the same are with better rooms. The bathroom is too small.

many activities can be done within the facility as they have a beach and indoor/outdoor pool. in addition the hotel gym is an amazing with a beach view. you may also hit the scotch or the tennis court as they have several courts. the resort has several restaurants you may eat at. overall it is a nice getaway place with a superb service.

I have stayed in they hotel several times ; however, during my last visit the luggage took an approximately 45 min to get to my room as that was inconvenient. also there was on going maintenance within the hotel and I couldn’t take a nap with the drilling noise. if you want a fully automated (a smart room) this hotel might not be your choice, the lightning bottoms is a bit uncomfortable as it is manual and confusing a bit.

We were fortunate to be upgraded to one of the newly renovated rooms, This was an incredible experience. The whole stay was truly 5 star experience. The facilities are great and very friendly staff.

To be honest at first i was expecting the service to be just like other hotels, but i was very Suprise of how friendly the staff was and how nice, clean and big sightseen facility, so happy with my family to come at first time in this VIP level customer care and treatments. 10 stars hotel. Receptions staff are so good and supportive and very professional to deal with customers. One of the Best so far.

1- The Room sizes are kind of small comparing to other hotels value of the Money. 2- The world cup Saudi match, we were unable to watch it due to the lack of space and overbooked reservation from outside the hotel, while we are a hotel residence and still not been able to watch (not accepted to be seated). 3-Breakfast rate is different from the Reception to the Restaurant rate, i wonder why?

The room was a little dated, but I understand many are under refurbishment now and they were very clean and finished well, just a little dated to look at, but no complaints. I wasn't keen on having to have my bags scanned / searched on arrival. It seems a little dated these days for such security in Bahrain and I know of no other hotels in the region that do this.

The staff! Hands down the best hotel staff! From smooth check-in & check-out by Jamilla, great service by rhea at la Med on our breakfast, & Eric, Haley & and Ria, for showing what true filipino hospitality is all about. The room itself is sylish and modern. The bed is huge, and the bathroom is clean. I only wish that the room was bigger. But it's ok, not that really matters to me. We didn't do much at the resort because it was raining really hard... except for the lounge access that we had, which is perfect and really saves my stay at the resort. I am looking forward to my next visit in Bahrain and stay here and try all that the resort offers.

Breakfast Excellent, Breakfast Team Excellent Pruda Koreu First Class Managers. Room Very Good Ilias who cleaned the room daily was exceptional and made our stay even better. Ajay Beverage Manager was also very professional. Beach was excellent very clean again staff very good.

Two things that could be improved upon, Towels were very crispy (Dried in the sun) should be Tumble Dries for soft fluffiness. Second on a Friday too many children aged between 5 - 16 running around the complex, no sun loungers available on a Friday Members take them all leaving Hotel guests no seating outside. Suggest an area for paying Hotel Guests.

Everything was fantastic and we were really looked after. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff were. We loved our upgrade too and the decorations for a special event. I would like to particularly say thank you to Imane who made every detail perfect for us and to Jhel for helping as well. Thank you to Rhea for making sure breakfast was on point and a special thanks to Paloma at the Cantina Kahlo who made sure we had a magical evening. We have left the Ritz with some excellent memories and hope to stay there again in future. High standards of cleanliness and very professional staff. The resort has everything and one does not need much else as buggies are provided to and from the amazing restaurants in the area. Thank you for a fantastic time!

Literally everything was excellent and anything that was not was immediately rectified in a profession way that made us feel special and looked after.

The hotel is distinguished by the beauty of nature, the elegance of the farming method, the beauty of the beach, and the sophistication of the hotel staff’s treatment, from reception to restaurants to housekeeping ... It is in fact one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited in my life.
