We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was the team of really engaging and helpful staff that made it so special, in particular Linda. We felt like the service was personalised and were made to feel like we really mattered. The hotels itself was very nice and the little touches like the inflatables in the pool for the children and sweet treats in the room on arrival made it a rememberable stay.

By far the best experience I had in a hotel of this level. The staff were friendly, often they’d go out of their way to keep the customer happy. The hotel location is nice, the room is spacious, and very comfortable, very clean indeed. We loved the vibe, the breakfast, even the other guests look and seem happy. They immediately gave us late check out as soon as we asked! This I truly appreciate.

It’s on the more expensive side even with comparison to similar hotels. The pool’s depth leave something to wish for.

Location ambience safety and comfort was most important. The staff was very friendly and helpful specially thanks to Maryam guest services representative, the hospitality she provided us was excellent. My room was upgraded as a genius level 3 member at booking.com. Some sweet treats in our room were awesome. I will definitely visit again.

But the surprises didn't stop there. The hotel presented me with a surprise birthday cake, which was both thoughtful and delicious. Property layout a bit confusing, no telephone in corridors

The room was amazing with a very beautiful ocean view and amazing bathtub The pool was so big with a relaxing jacuzzi, special thanks for Islam on the pool for being helpful and cooperative. The breakfast has a big variety of food. The chefs were so friendly and they decorated the dishes in a gorgeous way. The Arabian style of the hotel and the reception was breathtaking. Overall, we had an excellent experience .

The property informed us that they will have a Eid program for kids and families, but unfortunately they cancelled the program

We took more than 3 hours to do the check in ,,,fed up waiting Until the duty manager mr Yaseen came and we finally checked in

we had a lovely stay and the staff were very accommodating. the manager, yaceen, did his best to help make our experience very special. so thank you yaceen!

Over all the hotel was comfortable and quite. The room is very big with nice and large balcony. Out door pool is beautiful and service by the pool is excellent specially Mr. Mahdi.
