We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was the team of really engaging and helpful staff that made it so special, in particular Linda. We felt like the service was personalised and were made to feel like we really mattered. The hotels itself was very nice and the little touches like the inflatables in the pool for the children and sweet treats in the room on arrival made it a rememberable stay.

By far the best experience I had in a hotel of this level. The staff were friendly, often they’d go out of their way to keep the customer happy. The hotel location is nice, the room is spacious, and very comfortable, very clean indeed. We loved the vibe, the breakfast, even the other guests look and seem happy. They immediately gave us late check out as soon as we asked! This I truly appreciate.

It’s on the more expensive side even with comparison to similar hotels. The pool’s depth leave something to wish for.

Location ambience safety and comfort was most important. The staff was very friendly and helpful specially thanks to Maryam guest services representative, the hospitality she provided us was excellent. My room was upgraded as a genius level 3 member at booking.com. Some sweet treats in our room were awesome. I will definitely visit again.

The best Location to enjoy a wonderful day at the Beach, the pool is luxurious as well as the rooms and the lobby area. In all the best staff members and receptionists very welcoming.

From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of exclusivity and tranquility that is hard to find, unlike other commercial 5-star hotels and resorts. This place is a hidden gem that offers a unique blend of privacy and Arabian luxury, making every guest feel exquisite. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. A special shoutout to Mariam, who was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. Knowing it was my birthday, she took the initiative to upgrade my room, adding an extra touch of luxury to my celebration. This generous gesture was the perfect start to my birthday festivities. But the surprises didn't stop there. The hotel presented me with a surprise birthday cake, which was both thoughtful and delicious. This personal touch made me feel truly special and valued as a guest. One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was the sense of privacy and quietude that enveloped the resort. It's a sanctuary in the middle of the country, yet hidden away from the hustle and bustle, where one can truly unwind and feel exclusive. The large private balconies, infinity pool and private beach access were the highlights of my stay

Property layout a bit confusing, no telephone in corridors

The room was amazing with a very beautiful ocean view and amazing bathtub The pool was so big with a relaxing jacuzzi, special thanks for Islam on the pool for being helpful and cooperative. The breakfast has a big variety of food. The chefs were so friendly and they decorated the dishes in a gorgeous way. The Arabian style of the hotel and the reception was breathtaking. Overall, we had an excellent experience .

The property informed us that they will have a Eid program for kids and families, but unfortunately they cancelled the program

Beautiful hotel overall, deluxe room was spacious and beautiful They were late in checking us in so they upgraded our room to sea view instead of city view Big pool so doesnt feel crowded Lovely staff

They are obviously short staffed at the pool restaurant It takes time to order and even longer to get ur order We cancelled our order because it took more than an hour to get fries but they apologized and gave us our drinks for free. They need more people specially when its the season

We took more than 3 hours to do the check in ,,,fed up waiting Until the duty manager mr Yaseen came and we finally checked in
