Staff is very cooperative and helpful, each and everyone including reception. Jenny made our visit memorable with her exceptional service and help beyond her work which was for my “special needs” daughter.

Facilities are sub standard. Chips are felling apart in swimming pool and my daughter got hurt with it. I complained to man on duty as well.

‏Cleanliness, service very quiet place. The rooms was fantastic. 😍 The place helps to relax recuperate . I would like big thanks to Jenny was very helpful cheerful.😊

The Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, meeting Alexandra Sautina in the reception who arranged a nice upgrade for the room, and has been very sweet and cooperative. Also Mr. Badr the deputy manager was very generous and kind to meet even more our expectations. We even extended our stay. The beach is very clean and the view is stunning.

Little noisy at night cause of the cafeteria, but was manageable.

The view from the room was amazing, the living room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Also, all the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We were especially pleased with the excellent service we received, including late check-out in time for our flight and transportation to and from the airport, which made our trip a very satisfying one.

The dining table and chairs in the room were not the right height, making it difficult to eat.

the villa which I booked was really big with private pool. I would like really thanks the front staff for their professional deal with me during both checking in and out. I also want to say thanks to the restaurant staff ladies for her support ( Indian).

the only two points I would like to mention that. there are no direct access to the sea from the villa. and extra effort on cleaning more since their are a lot of mosquito in the area.

Location and view

As described from Booking.com about this hotel, there will be a lot of family activity available during our stay, but unfortunately I couldn’t see any one of them. This type of information Should be clear to the guests from beginning. I am disappointed from booking.com
