The room was very spacious and clean. Also the location of the hotel is ver convenient and ideal.

Check in time is very late (3 O’Clock). Check in time shall be around 1 O’Clock.

The three room apartment was big and comfy, with four bathrooms made rooms really separated with privacy between them, great living room with dining table also gave it some family vibes.

Location is great as it is between the sea from both sides, but no supermarkets or shops near to get groceries (you can use delivery apps)

They were very nice to me and gave me an upgrade of my booking. I ended up in an appartment with 2 rooms, 3 toilets and a kitchen. It had an amazing view and I am very thankful. The pool and the beach is extremely nice and there are always parkings available in their parking. All the staff was very welcoming and kind.

There are small details not working well. My room was 707. 1. Hair dryer was not working 2. The bath tube supposes to make bubbles, but it was not working. 3. Hot water takes time to be hot. As per reception it's normal and need to keep wasting water from 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes hot. Regarding the breakfast, in general is good. I firmly believe they need to serve a better coffee. An automatic self service machine would be a good option to offer different coffees instead of the black premade coffee that they are currently serving.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The location is good.

The furniture has to be updated. The bathroom equipments should be updated.

Staff was very hospitable. Pool was excellent. Ordered room service and the meal was superb.

Bedroom carpet had an odor.

comfortable bed and a clean room with a great view. good facilities and excellent location, had access to shaded parking for free. absolutely recommend it

- Location - Swimming pool & sea

- Food on swimming pool area is so expensive almost 10 times of outside - Unfortunately, the staff who let you enter to swimming pool and sea needs more education on how to deal with guest since some of them are rude Even though when going to restaurant the man setting on the entrance of swimming pools asking many questions about room number with a bad way As if that we are not the hotel guests. Unfortunately, I used to come 10 years back to the hotel and it’s the first time I feel not respected - From the main entrance to the sea I faced many security asking about my room number and the sticker in my hand which is really too much and I felt annoying . I was staying in many five star hotel before and don’t face this before.!!??

The location is superb. The view from the hotel rooms is just awesome. The rooms were very clean and the furnishing was also of very good quality.The swimming pool area and the private beach of the hotel (with a beautiful swing) were very well designed and maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of dishes suiting the continental as well as the Indian appetite. The hotel staff were also very helpful.

The utensils provided at the kitchen were huge and werenot convenient for preparing small meals. The water at the swimming pool should have a temperature control. It felt really cold for the kids to swim at.

Cleanliness and response from staff was not as expected

The room was a 3 Bed Apartment with plenty of space. The Buffet Lunch was awesome, friendly staff and the area outside by the pool and the beach are perfect. The Buffet Breakfast was also great. Really nice selection and an Egg Station. This place is a little gem. There are outdoor DJ's and events on their beach and try to find out what's going on as it's a great setting.

The AC in the rooms are too fierce with poor control. It's typical in Bahrain and prepare with some clothing layers. TV didn't work but that's OK as it was nice to get away from it. I was sleeping off my large breakfast on a Beach Cabana and was told by a Security Guard I can't stay there. WT?? I am a paying guest. No one had asked me if I want a drink or anything. Only this. In the end he backed down and said I could stay but it spoiled my mood and woke me up. So I found a Sunbed by the pool instead. Why say that to a paying guest?
