Everything as usual i love it staff and room service were excellent

Its not actually about the property but its was really disappointing when lady from receptionist call me for check out and i told her wanna extend untill 3 pm she said we cant extend maximum we can do untill 2 pm i said ok, when i went down for check out i discovered that my check out time was 3 pm . I was really mad about it. Its not a big deal but it was a lie from her. Her name was tala or something like that i home u teach her not to lie to the customer at least !!!! Im regular customer for this lovely hotel i wish the good for the hotel thats why im telling u guys. Thank you and best regards.

I really liked the design of the room, very modern and classy! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. beautiful location but a bit far from city center

The bed is not very comfortable I wish the bathroom had better lighting The parking spots are tiny and you can only access the hotel from the third floor, so if you don’t find a parking spot on the last floor, get ready to do some cardio.

This hotel outperformed my expectations! It has a free sauna and jacuzzi area for guests, the swimming pool at the rooftop and the highlight was the vouchers to the famous Solymar beach! :) I enjoyed a lot! I would like to highlight not only the amazing hotel facilities but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I am a frequent traveler but it was the first time hotel gave a later check out at 15:00 for free. I used this time to go to the beach and explore Bahrain, and it was very comfortable to have the room at my disposal to rest before the journey back. Also the hotel has a very beautiful aesthetics, wonderful flower arrangements in the lobby and in the dining room. The room was super clean and quiet and had a bath to relax, not only the shower. I also ordered a few dishes from the restaurant and they were delicious and prepared very quickly. Amazing service and hospitality! Well done, Grove Hotel! :)

The location was amazing People are respectful clean

No valet parking The elevator was in the last level of the parking Most of the near parking was taken (one car is taking 2 parking) it was so difficult for us as a ladies to find a park and walk. When we request for something it took very long time to reach after more than 2 to 3 calls to the resorption. Last day for the check out we tried to reach to the resorption with no respose and we collected out bags and such alone to ground floor. I hope to solve these issurs as these are important things when this is such a good / wonderful hotel.

-The staff is exceptionally kind and professional. -The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is excellent. -The rooms are spacious and pleasant. -The swimming pool has a beautiful view on the roof.

-The location is only ideal for persons who are planning on staying in that area because it is far from other areas. -The swimming pool service is poor and needs to be improved. They should offer music and not allow people to play music on their own and bother others. -Breakfast is overpriced, and there are no options for persons with dietary restrictions. -The TVs in the rooms are too old for a hotel of this level, and they should be replaced.

The place is 5-star especially the amenities & access to Solymar Beach is also superior. As a bonus, all the staff are very pleasing w/ their class A service that they provided us during our stay. Kudos & 5-star as well to Andrea & Arianne for their excellent service at the Front Office; also, to the housekeepers on duty during 21 thru 25 February 2024 with a special mention to the guards on duty at the multi-level parking entrance.

Our room has been spacious and with great view over the lagoon and overseeing Manama city line. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Hotel provides number of facilities: swimming pool, gym, spa services, Irish pub with bowling, pool and darts to play, restaurant also serving buffet over the evening hours. Keep that in mind, Bahrain is not a pedestrian country, you need a car to get almost anywhere. Even when something is located 5-10 min walk on the map, it won’t be an easy or comfortable one. Having all the necessary things in one place become an impossible point, which may often not be the case for a lot of destinations.

Nothing really, however it would be an improvement to have a coffee machine in the room.

I had a wonderful experience at the property, and one of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist mr Mohammed . From the moment I arrived, his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. he was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, displaying excellent communication skills and attentiveness to detail. his professionalism and genuine care for guests created a positive and memorable stay. I would highly commend the receptionist Mohammed for their outstanding service and contribution to making my stay truly enjoyable.
