In-transit. I booked a night's stayed at Coconut Court Beach hotel in the month of May 2022, and let's just say; this friendly, comfortable accommodation became an instant favorite. I was lucky enough to stay on a Monday night, in which they had a Monday night buffet [Curry buffet] hosted by Coco's Restaurant, catered by some of the island's top chefs. Since I only had one night, I asked Arisa-Ann (I Hope I got your name right)_ [the friendly of them all, very outgoing and informative], at the front desk if it was possible to get a taste of everything on the menu, and let's just say; they delivered, fresh mussels, curried fish, grilled peppers (if I'm not mistaking), mixed vegetables, etc...everything was beyond tasty and perfectly cooked. A special thanks to the staff for being patient with me, understanding, and for their friendly welcome. Brad Edwards (Freelance Writer)

Nice hotel, great view from our room with a balcony. The staff were polite and helpful. It was nice to walk straight on to the beach. Would stay again.

The restaurant was quite expensive and we paid for a premium room and it was on the ground floor.. I thought it would be high up. But the hotel does drop down to the beach so the view is still OK/ good on ground floor, just lots of people walking past the room being a bit noisy. The ac unit in the room is massive on the ground and noisy, and blows straight to the person on that side of the bed. Very old school.

Nice location not far from Bridgetown, right in front of a beach (with relatively strong waves, not for snorkeling). Large, modern and comfortable room with king sized bed, kitchenette and balcony, partial sea view. 3 floors to climb, not for people with low mobility. Very good internet connection from the room and pool area.

No noise insulation at all from the street (busy street with frequent honking) due to gap under the door, it's as if it was open. Music in the evening. Had to wait until 4pm to get the room. The restaurants didn't seem so great but there are other options nearby.

Your own private beach, it was amazing. I NEVER stay at a hotel and just stick to the hotel beach only, I typically explore but this beach was SO perfect, we preferred our beach over any other beach we visited during our week stay. It was amazingly convenient to wake up, grab breakfast, and walk straight to our beach. Lots of free loungers, mini happy hours hosted by the hotel, outdoor pool if you need a break from the ocean, beautiful sunsets, perfect views, not touristy or inundated with sales folk or random tourists. It was THE perfect beach for a no-frills hotel. We saw several turtles near the reef on the beach, there's good snorkeling, walking distance to a great brunch spot, and the way the water is protected by the reef at the hotel beach, you can also sit in the ocean and just sunbathe as it stays quite shallow for awhile out. Staff was beyond friendly and amazing. Shane was OUR GUY! He was so nice and deserves to be tipped like crazy for his hospitality, kindness, and just great vibes -- he made out stay easy and fun! Not a single complaint about any staff at this hotel, it made a big difference to our entire stay. The rooms, while outdated, had a wonderful large lanai to overlook the ocean view. You barely spend any time in them anyway so we didn't feel like the style impacted our stay. It's completely a beach vibe.

The rooms could really use some love and updating. They are huge, they just need an update on style. You can tell they were the "it" rooms back in the 90s. They are still well kept and clean (not dirty or dingey). Checking in was a bit of a bummer, it took us well over a couple of hours to check-in because the computers were down and similarly took us several hours to check out. The staff were so courteous and just let us keep our stuff at the desk for safekeeping while we grabbed food instead of making us wait out the system error. It could have been bad but they made a way to make a bad experience turn around quickly. Food is a bit overpriced at the hotel for what you get in terms of quality of meal (but overpriced food is expected of hotel food).

The breakfast was poor value for money and staff a bit forgetful. It used to be excellent.

JAKES I think staff are very slow we had to ask 3 times for our water and drinks, a number of people walked out. The food is good but a bit expensive. In our rooms I think we would liked regular shower gel and shampoo on a daily basis as it was a bit hit and miss. Its a shame more live music was not available as before ..

The location was perfect for rest and relaxation....with a convenient bar. Stayed in the Annex which had larger floor plan and more amenities whuch was just as expected. All staff were very helpful, professional and very friendly. The food tasted great, good portion size and offered a variety on the meal plan. The gift shop had a bit of everything with snacks and novels.

Price wise it was a bit expensive with meal plan.. if non alcoholic drinks were included.... would have been comparable to all inclusive

Clean beach with sun beds readily available. Security guard nearly always present I think to ward off any beach peddlers. Free upgrade to our room so pleased even before we stepped in. Large beach facing with a large balcony directly in front of the pool.

Not impressed with the breakfast meal for the cost. Whistling frogs when you are trying to sleep may annoy some but we learned to live with it. Not hotel related but beware of taxi charges. We were ripped off and paid over double the going rate when he insisted the charge was in US dollars not Barbados for our trip from cruise port to hotel. So always agree the price before you set off.

Located on a beautiful beach. Great setting, great hotel. A big room. Very good air con. Fabulous location, shops, restaurants etc within walking distance or by mini van taxi that are ever present for pick ups or designated bus stops. 3.50 BBD dollars per person anywhere! There is entertainment at the hotel and themed nights, we tried the BBQ night - the food was excellent together with the Bajan dancing/entertainment.

Nothing not to like about this hotel. We had no problems whatsoever. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this hotel. Staff are all friendly and ever ready to help.

The location is perfect and there's a cafe just 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The view from the room was amazing! The room is spacious and there's plenty of storage. The AC works perfectly.

As we are next to the beach we obviously bring sand with us and I would've like the housekeeper to hoover the room on a daily basis. Also the dishes and cutlery were not very clean you can see that it has not been clean with soap.

The staff were professional and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They can help you with transport arrangements to the different tours. The room itself was surprisingly clean and well maintained. Workers came everyday to clean our room. Breakfast from the coco restaurant was very delicious although a bit pricey but not as pricey as other 4-5 star hotels with less tasty foods. I also love that public transport was easily accessible from our location. The beach on site is calm and quiet. Plus the hotel is about 5-10min walking distance from a very nice beach called Accra (this depends on how fast you walk). Pebbles beach is really nice and it's about 5min driving distance from the hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay on a budget but offer good service then this hotel is the way to go. There is a minimart from across the road in case you didn't bring toothpaste or needed small snacks to eat. Carry your plastic bag though as they charge 30cents bajan a bag. I will book again in the near future.

The bed was a bit small but this was expected as I selected a twin double on booking.. Not sure if they offer a queen bed double. The air-condition unit was a just bit loud but I did sleep comfortably.
