I did get the quiet room requested, which was clean and the beach easily accessible.It provided most of the essentials, and I only needed to ask if something extra was required. The staff were all polite and helpful.

The access road which flooded and became impassable for pedestrians each time it rained, which it did heavily on more than one occasion. If you did not have a car, you were restricted.Surely the Hotels in the proximity could collaborate and get something done about this matter.?

Location was great.Local places around wich was reasonable to get food. Was on honeymoon trip. Shan at front desk had a wonderful surprise for us after we returned from a tour. Did not expect that,as she was the only one we mentioned that we were recently married. Had our room specially decored in a special way. All the staff were great from the person cleaning the rooms, to the maintainence staff,front desk and even the staff at the resturant. Thank you all for a memorable experience.

Excellent location overlooking the sea next to a quiet sandy beach where you could swim. Room has a balcony where you can eat breakfast or drink sundowners etc. Also faced south east and witnessed spectacular sunrises. Slept to the sound of crashing waves. Studio room with kitchenette with stove top, microwave and fridge freezer so possible to prepare or heat up simple meals. Also cable TV. Hotel tucked away in quiet corner 10 mins walk from The Gap.

Few sockets to plug in electronics/rechargers etc. Bedside light kept going on the blink.

The staff were great very helpful! the very big comfy bed was the highlight.

bathroom looked tired and could have been cleaner

The hotel is right on the water. We arrived the night before our cruise. We we are family of six, all adults. It was great to sit on the deck. Listen to the waves enjoy the view and have a few beer. in the morning we had breakfast went for a nice walk on the beach and then headed to the cruise terminal. The rooms were really cute, though some may say outdated. We were in the pink building second floor, which is classed as garden view, but we could see the ocean through an empty lot.

Staff were consistently friendly and very willing to help in whatever way we needed. Ocean view bedroom did not disappointment and offered a useful kitchenette. Location was ideal right on a beach shared by far more expensive nearby hotels which should tell you all you need to know re beauty and quality of the beach. Photo perfect. Quite boisterous waves which brought an extra element of excitement and so we had to look further afield for the more tranquil pan fling waters. Although no sun loungers on the beach, the hotels private terrace more than compensated.

Some of the fittings in the apartment were either broken or scruffy looking eg wires dangling from TV / light shade missing. Restaurant menu was not particularly inspiring.

My husband has a bad knee. We didn't know we would be on the 3rd floor. He managed, but an elevator would have been good.

The layout, the colors were beautiful. Breakfast by the water was fabulous.

The pool needed cleaning. The property is dated and needs renovation. The toilets are too low.
