The hotel is located in the centre of Bruges approx 300yds from the main square. Our room was a little on the small side but beautifully decorated and presented with all usual facilities, two wardrobes, safe, fridge/minibar, kettle for tea making and coffee machine. The bathroom had bath with shower over and was well stocked with all toiletries including towels and bathroom slippers etc. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any requests or enquiries we had. We also took advantage of their comprehensive hot & cold buffet breakfast, which was superb.

The staircase to the bedrooms was a little tricky, thankfully they have a small lift to all floors which was no problem.

Location in Bruges was excellent. Central within the historic centre, and yet very quiet. The room was nice and matched the photos on the web site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included buffet style breakfast was excellent.

I felt the bathroom in our room (101) was disappointing. The shower was just a flexible hand-held one from the bath tap and on a hook on the wall over the bath. It all needed updating as it looks like it hadn't been decorated or modernised in a long while. The bathroom was functional and everything worked, but I felt it let the room down a bit from what was otherwise an excellent hotel. Perhaps other bathrooms have been more recently refurbished, so this isn't necessarily a reflection of the whole hotel.

The lovely cosy decoration, the details: great quality amenities, personal attention, welcome drink. Great location, next to the train station free shuttle and the historic centre. Nicole and Julia were extremely kind! We felt like home from the very first moment, they answered to all our inquiries and needs. The room was very comfortable, perfectly clean and with natural light. We also liked the lamps lighting. The bed is brand new and so are the bed linens.

Nothing! honestly, the only thing we could say is that the bathroom is a little bit small for tall people but we understand that in Europe is normal, as usually the buildings are ancient.

The room is beautiful, the bed is comfortable. Great location, short walking distance to all the attractions, also near the bus stop, and the free! City shuttle bus from and to the bus/train station. Lots of restaurants and a patisserie nearby.

Important to notice that the hotel building is under constraction at the moment, there is scaffolding all around it. We did not hear any noise, but it detracts from the experience. Also there was a problem with the bathroom door - it either didn't lock, or closed so tight it was hard to open.

What set this hotel apart was the staff. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom was small (limited by the ancient building I'm sure) but the bed was large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - the range of options available was staggering and I'd rate this as one of the best hotel breakfasts I've experienced. The location is absolutely perfect too. Seconds from the very heart of Bruges but in a very quiet street where your sleep is very unlikely to be disturbed. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Beautifully decorated old style hotel which was centrally located. So easy to walk around the old town - every corner a delight! The reception/general staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. There were coffee pods, milk and a Nespresso machine which was great. Also a small fridge. We were able to leave our luggage for a couple hours after checkout before we caught a taxi to the station. It cost about Eur10 to the station. We loved Bruges and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely stay again.

Great location, quiet but very central. Very friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile in the face and making the check in and out process and the stay very smooth, feeling yourself very welcome.

Uncomfortable pillows to me, thick and hard, with no other options. Room near elevator which makes it a bit noisy together with other pipes or installations from the walls, kind of normal for old buildings. Room rather small than average.

The second time we stayed here rooms were graded so we stayed in a comfortable room, ours was a comfortable size our friends had a shower we had a bath with a shower over. Their room was larger, our bathroom was larger. Nothing to complain about second time we have stayed and will stay again.

The quilt was very thick, not sure why summer quilts are not provided so we took it off and slept under sheets, but all rooms are air-conditioned so you could adjust the temperature easily

On check in we received a very warm welcome that instantly made me have a good feeling about the hotel. The hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard. We visited the week before Xmas when the weather was minus 5 degrees outside. It was a real bonus that we could return to our room and warm up as it was located just of the main square. We can't complain about anything in the room. The bed was comfortable. We had complimentary Nespresso coffee & a selection of tea's. In summary this is a cute little hotel for a fair price in an amazing location.

Not the hotels fault but parking is expensive. We parked at the train station for 5 Euro/Day. It would not stop me returning. We didn't book breakfast as we thought it was a little expensive. We ate outside the hotel.

Staff were superb. Breakfast was very good, but raw (rather than sweetened, toasted) muesli would have been a welcome addition. Location was marvelous - easy walking to everywhere in the city and only a short walk (max 5 minutes) from the bus stop to/from the train station.

Shower compartment was a bit small for a tall person (if you drop the soap). Room was on the small side but fine if you use the shelves and cupboards and don't try to live out of two suitcases.
