The room was very clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff was amazingly available and friendly. Once we arrived we were welcomed very warmly. The lift is not something you give for granted in these old buildings, much appreciated. We cannot judge breakfast since we didn’t have it.

The parking lot has only 5 spots so of course booking one day before there was no more availability but the staff suggested two other places very close to the hotel. Being at the last floor (the 4th one) the room was very hot but A/C saved us. The real annoying thing was not having a shower but only a bath under the roof so we couldn’t even stand up to shower.

Everything. Our host, Steven was brilliant, a warm welcome when we arrived, clear explanation about the hotel and our room. He showed us on the city map our location and some of the main tourist areas. Throughout our stay he was always available, very friendly and helpful, he helped with our return train journey and arranged for our taxi. A perfect host. The hotel location was excellent, Bruges is quite small and the hotel was within easy walking distance of all the squares, museums, restaurants etc. Our room was comfortable, warm, clean and serviced every day.

Good central location only five minutes walk from Markt Square but on a quiet side street. Breakfast was good value for money. Fresh bread and pastries, unlimited tea and coffee. The owner Stephen was an excellent host, attentive, helpful and friendly. He couldn't do enough for us. A complimentary selection of Belgian chocolates was provided in the room which were much appreciated.

Parking is limited but that is to be expected in Bruges. We found a free car park a twenty minute walk from the hotel which provides a free shuttle bus into Bruges and dropped us close to the hotel.

The location was perfect, we were really close from the center of Bruges and everything we wanted to see. It was very cute, especially from the outside. It was fairly clean and the staff were nice and welcoming, spoke a few languages so very easy to understand each other.

It was a bit small but that didn't bother us. It's an old building but again, it's not especially a problem, depending on what you are looking for.

The location was in a perfect place. Staff, room equipment, cleanliness were exceptional. For sure If I visit Brugges again, Hotel Bryghia will be my first choice.

Although the offered breakfast was of top quality, it was not that much as quantity. Of course it saves you from extra calories but I believe 15 Euros is too much for the offered quantity. But even so I need to state again that everything was of top quality

This hotel is wonderful. Firstly the location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the center of town but slightly out of it so it's quiet (except for the church bell but that stops between 9pm and 9am). The family that run the hotel are absolutely lovely and we were greeted with a little bag of belgian chocolates! Just a wonderful stay.

The shower was a bit small but that's the only real issue and it was fine for a couple of nights.

The Hotel was very cozy, clean and best of all located a walking distance from the “touristy” parts of Bruges. It’s located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The room and bathroom were spacious and it has one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on away from home. Everything one needed for a stay was provided and the staff, especially Steven, were very friendly and helpful. A perfect stay.

SNice boutique hotel in the historical district close to all local attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Introduce you city where you are the first time. Everything is nice about service. But rooms are so small that we were unable to accommodate two suite cases. One chair was in the room by the table but the second chair was in the bathroom . There was no way to accommodate it in room. Understandable that hotel is in historical part of the city and the building is old and no chance they can make rooms bigger..

Breakfast was good everything to make you full. A variety of food could be a little bit better for that price.

I liked everything. the personnel was nice, and the breakfast was excellent and with a lovely view. the bad was very comfortable. the location is close to the city. outside we felt almost like 0 degrees but inside was warm. everything clean and cozy.

the bell. outside, near the property is a bell ringing until 22 o’clock. on our first night there, we were already sleeping by 21 o’clock and the bell woke us up. The very tiny shower.

The property is amazing. The rooms were cozy, warm and bright. The location is perfect- a short walk from the main square, yet off any busy streets so it’s quiet for sleeping. Housekeeping was amazing and the rooms were left spotless. However, the best part of the hotel has to be the owners. They were so warm, friendly and helpful, and truly made our trip even more enjoyable. From the welcome bags of chocolate, to the decor of the hotel, they really have everything covered. Definitely worth the stay!
