I can’t say enough about this lovely hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff was so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make our anniversary celebration memorable, leaving Champagne and Chocolate in our room- The chocolate was divine! The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable and beautifully decorated.The location is perfect as it is just off a side street near to the main square. Much quieter! We unfortunately did not get to dine in the restaurant due to other plans, and now regret it. We did make it to the bar for a pre dinner cocktail and the selection is amazing and unusual! I was introduced to a gin produced from olives which made a scrumptious Gin and Tonic! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend The Heritage when visiting Bruges.

The hotel is located in a lovely historical building on a side street. The location is superb - just a short walk to the market square and to shopping, other dining options, and points of interest. The staff are hugely competent, friendly, and helpful. In reality, the staff of the hotel are its crowning glory - making us feel like valued guests, whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or even when leaving the car to be parked. The rooms and public facilities are very pleasant and comfortable, with a very luxurious old-world atmosphere. It's a highly recommendable hotel of charm, quality, and above all, service. Our stay was excellent and memorable. When we left the hotel, the receptionist followed us out to the street to make sure everything was OK, and handed us a bag with a few hotel souvenirs and two bottle of water for our journey. How thoughtful!

There was nothing about staying at the Hotel Heritage that didn't please us. We were very well looked-after indeed.

there is air conditioner and beautiful room with great location and really friendly and professional staff

the room was near the elevator and. a lot of noises was there as it is not sound proof and beds are very soft and overall it was amazing

fabulous location super friendly staff and very comfortable bed. great breakfast as well.

my only criticism is you had to be in the shower to turn it on. the first time it had been left on freezing cold the next morning it has been left on boiling hot. obviously left like this after cleaning the room

Breakfast was amazing!

Better amenities in bathroom. The shampoo is brutal on long hair especially since there is no separate conditioner. I had to go out and buy conditioner so I could comb through my hair! Other than that everything was great.

We loved the location and the staff couldn't have been more amazing and accommodating.

The size of the room was a disappointment and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Every staff member from the front desk, to the restaurant, concierge and cleaning staff were very welcoming and very professional and always busy which must why the hotel runs smoothly and is very clean. Keep up the great work and quality ingredients!

Everything at this hotel was amazing- the location, the rooms, the food in the restaurant and the staff. The hotel staff pay attention to every detail and treat their guests like royalty. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Nothing It was perfect

The room was truly delightful. Always had music playing when we got back from dinner. Justine found out that I liked the biscuits that come with your coffee and I a small plate of them when I got back from dinner. We also asked them to arrange a reservation and even thought everything was booked, they found us an AMAZING restaurant (Bistro Reften). The staff were attentive and friendly. I would love to stay here again!

The building is beautiful and from the moment you step in the hotel staff start to pamper you. The rooms were spacious and the choice in the mini bar was great. The overall decor of the hotel reminds you of a heritage property just likes its name. Room cleaning was twice a day and the restaurant in the hotel is to die for.
