Too warm in the room as the airconditioning- switched of - too much noise & light disturbing in the dark. Old room, bathroom door was half rotten.. room windows watching on the highway 🛣️ Not so pleasant while the hotel was /as per my impression / half empty…Longer check in then used to - was everything prepaid. No wellness/ no swimmingpool. Not that special. Expensive dinner (while proposed meat 🥩 was just a “little more expensive”- almost double price). While it was my birthday 🎂 exactly- announced - had to pay for my own little cake too. few days earlier by Beveren was offered for my partner (20st was his birthday) - birthday cake 🍰 + card from de vdValk…

This hotel was really clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I arrived at 2pm and was able to enter the room right away. There is a supermarket right next door which was very convenient! The room had a fridge and coffee maker. This is definitely the move if you need to stay near the airport.

A shuttle to/from the airport is listed here, however without a note that it costs 20 euros each way. That adds an extra 40 euros to your stay, pretty hefty. Definitely obnoxious but I would say this is still the best hotel in the area. There are not many hotels closer to the airport due to the layout.

The room was nice and clean (even though I'm not a fan of the carpeting, which can never be really cleaned). The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, both sweet and salty and it also has a station for fresh omelets, a machine for pancakes and fresh orange juice. The restaurant of the hotel is nice and good, a bit expensive maybe, but very elegant and with a big terrace. The location is good if you have a car to move around or want to stay near the airport; and there is a free parking. There is a useful supermarket just in front of the hotel

The fitness room just had 4 machine and not even weights. Not in line with the hotel. The view from the room of course is not so nice because is basically next to a highway; I really don't like carpeting because even though they clean the room everyday, there will always be hair and dirt on the carpet anyway

Nice restaurant. Helpfull staff. Large parking. Rooms well equiped. From 3 rooms I stayed in, 2 were very nice and clean.

The room I had the last of my 3 nights was not clean. The toilet was still with spots from the previous occupant, it did not smell fresh, and there were many bugs. (Mosquitos flying around and silverfish crawling over de walls).

The room was ready before check-in hour, very convenient for our stay. Reception is very welcoming and friendly, all staff was kind and polite. Very useful the airport shuttle service, for a good fee (better than a taxi), 20 euros per booking. Very comfortable beds and large room are also very positive remarks.

It was a very short stay, for a few hours, so there was no time to observe what could go wrong or unexpected. For the short time we were there, no negative points could be highlighted, all was as expcted.

Good position near the airport (just 12 min by car). Clean and comfortable room (even though the mattress was too soft). Seems very quite.

For an hotel situated near the airport, i think that early breakfast would be appreciated. braekfast starts at 06:30 and due to early departure I jumped it (21 euro wasted). this could be a point of Improvement

The room was huge, everything new, big bed, comfy pillows, big TV, coffee machine, very nice walk in shower with waterfall, nice hot water. Air conditioning and heating. Our room had a balcony which faced east, was very sunny in the morning. Big supermarket just outside the hotel. Big parking lot. We'd love to come back again!

I stayed here in 2017 and enjoyed it then. The hotel staff are very friendly and super-efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant serves a comprehensive a la carte menu which caters for everyone. The Maitre D' (Andreas) cannot do enough for the well-being of his guests. The hotel offers a "Park & Fly" service which is excellent if you are flying out of Charleroi.

Nothing. Everything / everyone is in place and efficient.

Spacious room, with all amenities needed. The double bed was made up of two single beds with different firmness, which was much appreciated as you can choose the side you feel most comfortable on. Breakfast buffet was very rich in quantity and variety, restaurant on site is also pretty good.

It took 3 days to get my coffee machine fixed, the gym is tiny for such a large hotel and the equipment is out of date, Aircon wasn't good at all was way too hot every night and also there was a bad smell coming from the toilet
