The guys at the reception were top notch people, very nice, social, helpful, as if you were at 5 star hotel. I will not visit personally ever again as this was too budgetty (no airco as example) but if you're on a budget and appreciate a talk with the receptionists, who are calling instantly a taxi, which arives there within 5 minutes, if you want a location which is walking distance from airport or gasstation (which serves as good as a minisupermarket) then this is really the place. Like I said - I will not visit again because it was too budgetty, call me spoiled as it is but for peeps staying 1-2 nights, who couldn't care less about small extra's, this is the perfect place. I can't say a bad thing about the staff, the breakfast was sufficient to get your stomach fulled, there's an automated pizza station outside which serves quite the acceptable quality if you ask me (a pizza lover). You can order via just-eat on your phone, download it and you're good to go. From personality perspective, I rate this all the stars I could give, double. However being a slightly spoiled person, I should have taken the things such as no airco etc. in consideration, especially with unusual weather with 26 degrees for more than 5 minutes, in Belgium. To the Italian guy behind the desk, I forgot your name but it was an awesome talk, appreciated this very much, wish you best of luck.

No airco - but thats my fault so can't really blame the hotel for my booking in that way.

The receptionist when we arrived late at night was lovely, very attentive and very helpful. The restaurant was closed, but there was a pizza vending machine outside, which was a lovely alternative. The room was lovely and cosy with a working telly, and the bed was very comfortable.

We arrived on a rainy night and it was near impossible to find from the airport. Once we asked multiple people how to leave the airport, it was relatively easy to find with Google maps. There were no signs in the airport or until about halfway through the journey. It was an easy walk on the pavement, once we'd left the airport, took about 20 minutes from the terminal, so it is doable.

Comfortable small room with an interesting design. Nice staff. There were earplugs. The gentleman at the reception asked us if we needed a taxi to the airport at the appropriate time. Near the hotel there is a pizza machine, the hotel has vending machines with drinks. It is a 20-minute walk from the airport. If you do not have luggage, then it is fashionable to take a walk. But if you still have luggage, you will have to pay for the transfer. EUR 10

Sound insulation. She's not here. You can clearly hear guests checking in or checking out from other rooms along the corridor. That's what earplugs are for. But I can't sleep with them, unfortunately.

I selected the ibis Budget Charleroi Airport hotel because we were coming by car from France and we needed a place to sleep before an early flight home. This ibis was exactly what we needed... great value for money, clean, small rooms (but why would you need more) and free parking space (well fenced). The most important thing: the beds were really comfy (even the upper one).

We would have liked to have breakfast, but it seemed very expensive for that it offered, so we decided to skip it. Some might consider it a minus (for us it wasn't) but you should know our room had the sink in the room and the toilet and shower separate.

Very close to the airport - there is a bus station right in front of the hotel. The bus goes from the Charleroi airport to Charleroi city and back. One can also order a taxi to the airport. If you order a taxi when you book your stay, taxi is cheaper since they group you with other travelers. Very easy to find. We had the flight very early in the morning so it was very at hand for us. One can also have breakfast also very early in the morning (like, at 5 or 6.a.m.) but we chose not to, so we could sleep 30 minutes more. Very clean. Although the room is small, it is very comfortable and clean. There is a separate room for the toilet and separate room for the shower somehow. Very helpful staff. Very good choice.

The hotel is up to expectations for an overnight before early flight departure. No-frills room with comfortable beds. Outside area is nice for having a drink.

Very limited possibility to get something to eat (only self-service dispenser machine). Transport from/to airport is expensive (only taxi at 10 EUR/person flat rate for a 4 minutes ride), no free shuttle as offered years ago and standard for similar airport hotels. Also no public transport connection from Charleroi train station. Unless you walk 20 minutes, add 20 EUR for getting to and from the hotel.

The breakfast starts at 4 AM so it’s very nice to know that no matter the time of your flight, you are having the breakfast. The room was quite small, but equipped with all the necessary stuff and very clean. Also a TV is provided. Points for the vending machines present at the location, you can buy soft and alcoholic beverages, food and snacks. The staff was helpful and booked a taxi for the airport.

The location is not easy reachable on foot, on maps it is said 900 m but in reality we had to walk around 1.5 - 2 km through the airport parking lot and the surrounding area that is not that nice.

Close to the airport and people working there were trying to find us a taxi on a late notice and also arranged the drove back to the airport for a 10 euro ride

The breakfast was not too rich. I would choose the hotel for a stopover but i won’t pay again 9 € on the breakfast even if the staff said is rich and also offered other alternatives like free coffee in the lobby or cheaper pack of croissant with coffee.

If you are planning on walking to the airport, don't believe Google maps. It will tell you to go west directly towards the airport, but it is fenced in. You need to go the longer route east through the roundabouts and airport parking lots. This is no fault of the hotel though, and their front desk helped explained it to us.

Quite convenient location close to CRL airport. Room as you would expect in a hotel of this category. Good insulation (limited noise from landing/taking off planes). Breakfast charged separately, which is good if you have to leave early (as we did, around 4:00 a.m.)

Ridiculous access to the airport: it would suffice to cut 20 passage from the hotel parking to the main road leading to the terminal - that would be less than a 10 minutes walk. Also road access from the airport could be tricky if you don't check it on the map before arriving (signposts would be helpful).
