The rooms at the back of the property were so much better as everything was in one place to maximise comfort. The garden area was also very peaceful. I upgraded to one of these rooms. I thought the staff, "karine and the young lady that came out to me" did great in getting me the upgrade considering that there were no staff at the property as it is all self check in which was also impressive.

I didnt like the fact that the bathroom and toilet in my original room was outside the room but, thats my personal preference and wouldnt affect everybody. That is the main reason I wanted to upgrade when I first arrived. After that, everything was good. I just thought, "and this applies to a lot of hotels", that it would be nice to point this out more clearly about the bathroom and toilet being outside the room as this would have made my decision making different when initially booking the room and would have saved us the time and stress of having to go through the motions once I arrived.

Unusual accommodation in a good way. We stayed just for one night as we had a flight next day from Charleroi airport. Our room had high ceilings which gave a great sense of space. Room was clean, nicely decorated with 2 lounge chairs & small dinning table. Toilet & washbasin was in the room with a small partition. Our shower room was separate down the hallway.. There was ample free on street parking. Overall it was great value and would and would recommend.

For a budget stay it was perfect.

Nice atmosphere, deco and accessible garden, big room with everything you need. Quiet at night and it is easy to reach with the bus 86 from Charleroi Central and the taxi to the airport is about 20 euros. Clear remote instructions for self check in.

There are no shops around and no possibility to get snacks or drinks within the property.

Fantastic place, really was lovely and I would recommend it to anyone on a budget wanting a cheap comfortable stay. We had a house and it was much better than being cramped up in a hotel room somewhere else.

Couldn't really find anything to complain about, it's clean and well furnished, a real effort has been made to make it homely and it shows.

Very cosy room, very friendly staff. The friendliness of the hostess solved all misunderstandings into very pleasant stay. The hostess speaks French and English. It made our conversations easy.

The shower is not in the room but it didn't make any problem.

The very courteous and supportive staff. Allowed a very late check in because our flight was delayed. Bed was very comfortable

Even though it was mentioned as private bathroom, we had to go out of our room to shower.

Quiet place, very pleasant and helpfull owner. Nearby there are lots of shops and restaurants. Close to bus stop with a bus every 20 minutes to main Charleroi Railway Station

Great place very different. Staff friendly, no noise, beside a regular bus route.

Could be more Pillows. Only green tea left in the room and no cutlery.

Clean and specious room. Easy check in procedures. Helpful staff.

Public transport access is very limited from there.
