Our host was charming and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and funny. The breakfast was good and included specially made things by our host according to request Our host took us from the airport and to the airport personally

The hotel is very far from the airport. Booking's site claims that there is a shuttle service, but it is actually the host coming to the airport in his own car and taking you to the hotel himself. If, for any reason, you can't call him on the phone, the only way to reach the hotel is by taxi and it is extremely expensive. The neighborhood is not inviting for a night stroll... I didn't see any way for motion impaired people to reach the rooms or the dining room.

The hosts are excellent genuinely hospitable and accommodating. There is no place within easy walking distance to get food, and the highway type road is rather isolated. The hosts son drove me to a nearby restaurant and brought me back after- thank you again! They also organize an airport drop in their own vehicle. Given that this is really an airport hotel most people would not stay more than one night. So the location although isolated is near the airport and therefore good. Since opening the window is not a great option at night and there is no air condit, ask the hosts for a table fan (they call it a ventilator) which they readily supply. Overall the hosts make the stay a great one.

The location is technically near the airport but in fact by road involves a ten minute drive. It is rather isolated and on days when there is no dinner served in their restaurant (like on 21st July, their national holiday, when I visited, or even otherwise on weekly holidays) you have to rely entirely on the hosts to help get you food by taking you elsewhere. If you are alone and not comfortable doing this, then it is best to carry some packed food with you for the night.

The location is perfect for airport charleroi. Its less than10 min. Drive. The owner is charming. He drove with my husband the eve. Before to show him how to get easy to the airport. The room design is beautiful. Wifi for regular use is good

No aircondition. The weather was good in May. But otherwise its a bit problematic. There is a window so you can open it. But, its on thw main road so might be noisy. I slept well. The bath needs an update: water are leaking from the bath when showering. There is smart TV in the room. But, probably the wifi is nlt strong enough so broadcast stops all the time.

When you arrive at the airport, you can call the hotel and ask them to pickup. They can pick up the hotel from the Q8 battery station for free, which is not very far from the terminals. It will spend 10 euros to pick up at the terminal, which is much cheaper than the native taxi and it’s much more convenient. The most touching thing for me was that when I arrived at the hotel, I got out of the car and broke the coffee drink I had just bought. The boss asked us to wait for a while and finally gave me a new cup of chocolate drink. OMG he was really really warm and also with 2 free bottles of water for us.

Don't let the exterior of this hotel put you off, inside is the important bit. If you are looking for a Hotel( Premier Inn equivalent but a lot more friendly) near the Airport, look no further, we had a very comfortable 2-night stay, the owner and his son were fantastic, and took us back and forward to the airport without payment(we did try) when we arrived we decided to pay the 10 euro charge for him to pick us up at the main pick up point (they get charged that) to save the hassle to find the free pick up points it's your choice, when you arrive to give him a call( remember though this is a courtesy them they don't have to do it and will save you 20 Euros for a taxi) I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough.

Not a real gripe but could only get YouTube on TV, nothing else

It's a lovely hotel near the airport. The attention, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff are truly outstanding. The room's size, temperature, and comfort were great–I even had a terrace! They also provide an airport shuttle every hour, and I just wish I told them about my arrival beforehand for them to pick me up because that is possible too. Meanwhile, I ended up stuck in the airport for a while as the airport taxis were refusing to take me (it was far too close for them), there was no public transportation available, and I ended up asking one of those taxi drivers to call a willing taxi for me. But anyway, long story short, it's worth asking the hotel for you to be picked up if you need it!

Everything was great. My only recommendation would be to provide maybe just some basic dinner on Sundays.

The hotel is about a 45 minute walk from the airport, but if you let the host know when you are arriving / departing, he is more than happy to pick you up! in general the host was super welcoming, giving us a room in which we could watch television and specifically Champions League :) He and his staff also cooked dinner especially for us! The room was quiet and we couldn’t hear any airplanes despite the short distance to the airport. The host also had coffee and a croissant waiting for us in the early morning and drove us to the airport at 4am. Will be definitely staying here again if I’m in the vicinity!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience for our one night stay. We booked here for proximity to the airport as we were arriving late and leaving early the next morning. The hospitality was amazing. I recommend requesting airport transfers which the hosts are extremely accommodating with. We also really enjoyed the dinner which the hosts arranged for us late with no notice which was delicious and we also really enjoyed the breakfast which included many things including a great variety of fresh fruits, fresh cut coconut and fresh pecans. The motel is also very clean and felt very safe.

We spent a night at Park Hotel Airport on 10 August because we had an early flight the next day from Charleroi Airport. The hotel is very close to the airport (a 6 minute drive). We arrived quite late at the hotel (arrival and departure times are very flexible). The owner was very welcoming. The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern and very clean. The rooms were comfortable. The owner was there to prepare coffee and give us a warm croissant at 5am in the morning! I have rarely encountered such a dedicated hotel owner. I strongly recommend staying there if you are flying from Charleroi Airport.

The owner of the hotel, who was also at the receprion was great. We arrived late after the check-in hours due to a delay of our flight, he helped us with the begs and gave us water bottles. The room was big and very clean. Also the location is very good for one night stay near the airport. In the morning you can get free coffee and a croissant.

The only thing that was annoying is that there weren't hot water at night. In the morning the water was fine.
