The hostel is next to the centre, just one or two minutes on foot and next to the city's belfry. Breakfast is included in the stay price, and while the choice isn't immense, everything was really good. I was staying with a blind friend and they gave us a room on the first floor (no rooms on the ground floor and no lifts unfortunately) and the staff was nice in general. The room had two sinks (one with soap) and a private toilet and shower. The beds were also really comfortable. It wasn't big but it had everything you need. Overall, the service you get for the price you pay is absolutely worth it. If you only need a place where to sleep during your trip in Mons with some very nice extras, this is definitely the place to go.

Only one of the four beds had a socket next to it. There were also a lot of flights of stairs, one of them right next to the door of the hallway with the rooms, which made navigating the hostel with my blind friend a bit awkward.

For a hostel, it was very good. I had a private room with shower and toilet, 4 bunk-beds but I was the only occupant. The room was very clean and more than adequate for my needs. The location is very good, short walking distance to the Grande Place, the railway station, and the cathedral. The breakfast was very good continental type. Front desk person very helpful.

It is a hostel after all, so bring your own towel, there is no room service, and you have to make your own bed. I arrived late and struggled a bit to get my key from the locker. Other residents arriving late as well helped me figure it out. There is nothing I did not like.

It takes a little time for the light to turn on after pressing the switch. The temperature of the shower didn't rise easily. A brick slope continues from the station to the hotel. The unevenness of the brick road is noticeable. I thought the tire of my suitcase would break, but it was safe. However, this is not a hotel problem, so it is not included in the evaluation.

I booked a quadruple room, but no one stayed in that room for the two days I stayed. Thanks to that, I was able to spend every day very relaxed. Even though breakfast is free, it has everything you need. Therefore, if the customer does not have much money, there is no reason not to choose here. I want to stay again.

Better than the usual definition of a 'Hostel', spacious lounge and breakfast room, helpful staff, we travelled on motorcycles and they provided secure underground parking (no charge), small bar and terrace area to relax in, right in the town centre so easy to walk everywhere, area is full of old charm.

Room small for four persons but for one night not a problem

I really enjoyed that the lady from the front desk/reception was very kind and nice. The room was lovely, very nice, clean, modernly furnished, it had enough space, and were only 3 beds, which I really enjoyed not to spend the stay with too many people. For me it was awesome. Hot water, quality toilet paper, nice sheets, nice beds. The breakfast was nice, with enough things to choose from. The lounge has a pool table, a ping pong table, spaces to use the laptop and relax, so it's very nice. Very close to city center and Grand Place and Gare de Mons. I really loved this hostel.

A small disadvantage is that the room was quite cold, maybe the heater didn't work properly.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, kitchen is well equipped. Location is very convenient for the town and station.

Ventilation in rooms was minimal, so quite warm at night.

The location was perfect for the centre of Mons. The beds were really comfy, the shower was good and the breakfast was very nice.

The only thing was the heat in the third floor room. Very hot and hard to sleep. Not a surprise in August but aircon or maybe fans would have been welcome.

At first I was a bit disappointed that the room was so small, but I had 2 of the best roommates I ever had. That made up for the room as we didn't bother eachother.. The parking facility was great for the bike. Breakfast was good, and the staff was so very kind and helpfull. You really have a super crew that make people feel welcome. This was my fourth stay.

The bed was too hard and the temperature in the room too hot. I remember I used a thin airbed on the bed last time before but I forgot it this time. Small toom, very small window that didn't let enough cool air in at night.

Absolutely fantastic location, great reception from staff, secure parking, complementary breakfast with lovely coffee (better than some hotels I've stayed in). Excellent shared facilities and social area. Couldn't fault it any way. Fabulous value for money.

Know what you are booking, you won't be disappointed. Had a family room for 4 so there was no sharing. So close to the city square was lively. Cheap beers sold untill 2200.

Make your own bed after a long drive, booked last minute so maybe didn't fully read the descriptions.
