We have stayed at the hotel for 1 week. We really enjoyed our staying and we were glad that we chose this hotel in Mons. The hotel is situated close to the main sights within a short walking distance. Our room was modern and spacious. The breakfast was with a big variety of different dishes. We have visited the restaurant at the hotel in the evening 5 times and we liked both the food and a special vibe which is there. We really wanted to come back to enjoy tasty dishes and a pleasant atmosphere. Parking at the hotel free of charge is another advantage. The employees of the hotel and restaurant were attentive and gave us a positive welcoming. We would definitely like to come back.

Very bad experience at the Spa/Swimming pool on a Sunday Morning. Not sure this is a place for teenagers. They did not respect the fact we were several people swinning quietly. They were loud screming and jumping into the water splashing everyone. Several personns move to the other side of the swimming pool ( on the other side of the wall). This ruined a bit the experience. Not a good timing to relax.

It was a modern hotel with plenty of parking and only a short walk from the town centre. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were great.

The bathroom door was full length plate glass which was heavy and trapped my wife's hand. We felt this was a safety issue and could be a problem for young children. The coffee machine in the room was also very difficult to operate with no instructions.

The quality, comfort, and friendliness. They are pet friendly, and ok for large car parking.

The quslity of restaurant service for dinner, they did not propose wine and no proper language to chose a steak.. i did not like mine at all, considering the prise levels, i did expect to indulge myself. The location was a surprise, it is not directly in town, but across the railwaystation that is under construction.. did not notice it from description.

The hotel is tidy, clean and spacious. Within the hotel, there is a very nice restaurant which you can have fancy food and drinks. We spent our 2nd Christmas here and we are quite satisfied about it. The employees here can speak really good English and very warm welcome. We will come back here in the future.

Wish the hotel can fix the electric car charging points asap, would be a big plus for electric cars.

Everything was perfect, good place for families with children. The staff was helpful. Rich breakfast. Location is perfect.

The swimming pool i a little bit small, and sport lesson in the pool are given during our stay,so we didn't feel comfortable, because of the small swimming area for all guests.and One of the trainees yelled at me to silence my little boy because she was annoyed by the sound of his game.

The hotel is decent and nicely located with a restaurant a bar and other facilities such as spa...

I didn't like the fact that we were allocated a room on the side that was being renovated. The corridor had plastic paper on the floor. We booked a superior room, expecting to receive a queen bed not 2 tween beds. We were very disappointed about that.

Booked a junior suite and benefitted from the extra space at a very reasonable supplement on smaller rooms. Public areas very comfortable and an excellent range of evening dining options, which was just as well as Mons on a Sunday evening doesnt offer much in the way of restaurant options! Breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice, omelettes made to order, honey self-served from the comb. The hotel is presently largely cut off from the nearby town centre by major development works but there remains a cross-walk over the adjacent railway station to the town centre. This will be a first-rate location in a year or so when the nearby works are completed. Meantime, we didn’t experience any noise or dust from the works site and the hotel was beautifully clean inside and out.

Smoked Salmon at breakfast was probably not Scottish and so could have been better.

Spacious rooms, the little terrace to the room and the buffet breakfast.

There is a play place for children in the restaurant. However, all the tables closest to the play place were reserved for a group, both for dinner and breakfast. This meant we had to keep going back and forth through the restaurant to keep an eye on our son. We started dinner at 17h30 and when we finished at 18h30 we were still pretty much the only guests in the restaurant. That was a bit of a pity. If you offer this service, It would be logical to reserve the tables next to the play place for families with small children.

I liked everything

In 2023, all hotels should have recycling bins in each rooms ( it is too many people everyday mixing normal trash and recycling)and no more single use plastic. All shampoo and body lotions should be refillable big bottles on the wall. Save the nature 🙂
