I even don’t know what to start with. We rented a room and the owner gave us the entire apartment without charging extra money. The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean, and it was equipped with everything we needed ( even much more). Bruno even asked us what time we would like breakfast, he is a very kind and welcoming host. The garden is very beautiful and the neighbourhood is very quiet and pretty. I highly recommend to book a room here, you will not regret it! We will return for sure! Thank you for everything!

Very good breakfast. The host is very friendly, even though I arrived outside of the check-in hours (he even stepped out of a meeting to let me in).

Wifi reception was very weak in my room and not available everywhere (seems that the room is too far away from the router as when I got closer to the house the connection was good).

Very nicely located B&B, in a quiet street. Room was a pleasure with all the facilities and comfort you could need. Bathroom was well equipped. Breakfast was very good and I had an enjoyable chat with the owner. The dogs were also a pleasure to have around. :-)

To be honest, I can't think of anything.

Lovely and silent place. A BnB created in the backyard of a nice house. Everything looked new and certainly lots of care was put on every single details. The impression is of a high-end service for a reasonable price. Special thanks for the breakfast as it looked very intimate, fresh and tasty.

Bathroom has no door and this might effect someone´s privacy.

I loved how clean and nice the room was and how big the toilet was it was so comfortable, and Bruno was an amazing host! Loved the breakfast too it really was so good!

Location was really good. The beds are sooo comfortable I slept very well. It was quiet in the area. Room near the garden was very comfortable and cosy. Good breakfast and lovely host. Will return.

Doors to the apartment should have a lock inside. They only slide to the side but that's in the part of the host house so felt secure anyway.

If you want to travel and yet feel like Home, This is the place. Room, bed, shower, bathroom, everything was flawless. Not a single thing to complain when you talk about Bruno and Dimitri! Very thanks to you guys!

Niece breakfast area with a view of the beautiful garden. EV chargers available and working. Bruno is a very friendly host who works hard to keep everything in good condition.

Very close to a lot of different restaurants and the city. But not too close to the city which we liked. It was nice and quiet. Perfect for our family. Bruno and the young lady were very accommodating and super friendly. Bruno also answered questions very quickly as well. Would stay again when in Antwerp 😁

free parking space, spacious rooms and nice furniture, toilet was nice too, friendly and flexible staff!

breakfast was served very early. No eggs nor hot drinks after 8am. bed was a bit soft. cleaning could be better and not only the minimum (bedlinen and toilet). there was loads of dust behind tv and spoon and glasses in the room facilities had been previously used and placed like “non-used” and perhaps the owner did not see it.
