Facility decor was nice . Very clean

The staff at dinner at check in was very nice accommodating friendly. My husband and I went for breakfast. The restaurant was empty two servers. We weren't greeted with a good morning. The older server after having us stand there said you're staying at this hotel. I said yes. Then he looked at us strange asked fir our room number. He then proceeded to seat us then took another 15 minutes to take our order. It took the breakfast extremely long. When I asked the server he said they had a large room service order. I understand that he could have said that and at least gave us more coffee.

We stayed here as we arrived too late to go to the islands by water taxi. This hotel was beautiful, clean, ice machine, cold Ac and good beds. They were happy to arrange a pickup and they greeted us with our name on a sign at the airport. The driver and all staff were great, wish we had been able to enjoy it longer. As a bonus they have an amazing rooftop restaurant with excellent food, service and views! There was a lightning storm in the distance, a beautiful tropical waterfall wall and string lighting that made our first night in Belize one to remember.

The hotel room was great, comfy beds and clean. The staff was exceptional and I mean "EXCEPTIONAL". The front desk was so helpful and polite (all of them - Day and Night shifts!! Well done to this hotel as it is usually hard for all of them to be great but every one of them were so great. Even the shuttle driver (Toto) was phenomenal. Thank you for all of your support and kindness! This made the trip so worth it!

The only complaints about this hotel is there was construction going on which made it a little noisy during the day. The noise of the restaurant (chairs dragging across the floor above your room). The continental breakfast needed some variety.

We only stayed here for a night since our flight was delayed and we were in our way to the jungle and the coast. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free breakfast is served at the in house restaurant located rooftop of the hotel. From the rooftop you have the view of the bay and the downtown. What I really like most about this place is the location and the staffs. location is great. walking distance to nice restaurants, night clubs and offers shuttle service to downtown or airport for USD$5.

The bathroom shower needs more pressure and the room can do some carpet and art work to reduce the echo sound in the room.

The location was excellent for me to explore the local area, there's a park nearby which has vendors selling local cuisine, also it's not too far to walk into town. I almost forgot to mention the view from my room was also excellent. When I checked in i was told that i was entitled to breakfast which came as a pleasant surprise to me, because breakfast wasn't mentioned in the room description. There is also a super market attached to the hotel.

The room was better than the pictures! Really comfy, good AC and wifi.

We ate at the restaurant during our stay and had an awful experience. Food was ok but cold. As it happened, the day we stayed was Mothers Day so it was an expensive set meal only, costing 85 BZD. The wait staff rushed us - bringing dessert before our mains were finished and clearing away our drinks before they were empty. Was really disappointed, especially as this was the most expensive meal of the trip.

Not only were the staff beyond polite, I had lost my card and they were beyond helpful with understanding and processing my payment. there is not another hotel I will ever stay in Belize City

The staff is top notch! Samantha at the front desk was extra helpful and Sean, the bellhop, brought up our bags and then setup the A/C and showed us how the cardlock/power system operated. The hotel is newer and has an above-average restaurant and convenience market (relative to hotel standards). (We used both.) Both were needed as there is nothing close by. Also, South Belize City is not an area I would feel comfortable walking around in the evening. The water pressure is good and the A/C was marvelous. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. A safe would have been a nice addition. Our experience was good. We would stay here again.

The bathroom sink faucet was wobbly and probably just needs to be tightened. A safe would have been nice. The flat-screen TV should be bigger given the size of the big white wall it was on. The lack of art or other decorations made it really look small. Ok that was nit-picky and I didn't even watch TV!

We enjoyed everything. The room was clean and bright, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable. The roof top restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. On the bottom floor of the hotel is a shopping complex which made it handy to get things. Within walking distance was the downtown and ocean. All in all it was a great place to stay.

There was nothing to complain about or not like, it was a very nice hotel to stay in.

BF is limited and at the end they would not have much left. Most tours get in early and eat it all…

I stayed in room 313, the two nights we stayed they actually had workers hammering until 9:00 pm. We called and was informed that all construction workers gone for the day. It was obvious that someone was actually hammering, moving stuff. The work started again at 9 am
