This hotel is beautiful! The green and gold decor is giving luxury..my room was lovely, bed was so cosy and the blackout curtains helped me sleep well. Everything you need is in the room and the views over the city are chefs kiss. Breakfast was good and they serve other food for lunch and dinner with tips on what to eat and drink to combat altitude sickness which was useful! All of the staff were so attentive and lovely. If you don’t speak Spanish, there will be someone who can speak English for you There’s restaurants and shops around within walking distance or you can venture into the centre of la pas by taxi for more All in all a perfect stay!

Had two great stays at the Met totalling 8 nights. For the standard of rooms and level of service it’s very good value. It’s comfortable, safe, feels like a true 5 star hotel and the staff will go out of their way to help and provide anything needed. The pool and spa area is beautiful (although the water is a little hot for swimming!) and the massages were excellent and very good value. Extremely comfy beds and well equipped rooms - fab bathroom.

The breakfast could be a bit better considering how outstanding everything else at this hotel is. It would be great to have some avocados available for example as they are so abundant in Bolivia. I was happy with the location but it’s a bit further from most of the central Calacoto / San Miguel restaurants etc - but taxis are cheap and the walk is fine. The pool and spa area is fabulous but the pool and hot tub are a bit too hot - the pool needs to be a little cooler to be able to swim lengths.

I liked the interior and smell of the lobby very much. Hotel show artists works which I really appreciate. Also they much the atmosphere. The room was clean and nice. The hot water was stable and hot. I often had this problem in Bolivia. The stuffs were kind and friendly though some do not speak English well. I asked to warm up the hot tub in the swimming pool and it was quickly done. If there were sauna and a roof top bar it may be much better.

I was looking forward the breakfast but it was not really good. Hams were old and there were not so many options.

From the moment you walk into this hotel you feel a welcoming and calming sensation. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a good night sleep. Additionally, the "wellness" facilities such as the jacuzzi, pool, steam room were immaculate.

The only inconvenience which I wouldn't take away from my overall rating was that it's not centrally located. It's seems to be a very nice residential area which is nice for a quiet stay. If you want to venture out for dinner and other activities just plan in advance for time to travel.

- the bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean - the staff were AMAZING, and so friendly around the hotel. I also had an issue with the tv in my room and they upgraded me right away. - the facilities were amazing, good equipment in the gym, pool and jacuzzi were both good temperatures - breakfast was a buffet and there were so many good options - they were also able to offer early check in and late check out for no additional cost

Honestly it was all great

The staff answered every question of the many I asked with enthusiasm. Try the bakery right next door, it’s a delicious place. The gym had enough maintained equipment to get in a good workout and then go eat breakfast at the lobby. The breakfast had no dead weight, every item was freshly made and seasonings were there if you wanted to add some extra. Also, my shower head in my bathroom was the size of an iPad, with plenty of hot water.

Excellent hotel, with very helpful staff, the rooms are beautiful with great view and very clean. Internet- WI-FI was excellent, without any problems for video calls. The transfer from and to the hotel worked very well. The hotel is new, has very modern look and feel- starting from the lobby, which has great art pieces.

Everything was excellent.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff did their utmost to make our stay as good as possible. They were helpful and flexible with everything we asked for. Besides, the hotel has a gym and a swimming pool which were really nice. Highly recommended hotel to relax for some days and also good place from where you can explore La Paz. Taxis to the city centre are pretty cheap.

The breakfast could have more variety (it was good but could be even slightly better).

Everything from our arrival to our departure was perfect ! The staff is adorable and they even welcomed us with some homemade cakes in our room :) The room itself is modern, has a great shower and the wifi is fast. The pool was amazing and there is even a jacuzzi. Finally the breakfast was delicious (pancakes, eggs, fruits, cereals… everything you can imagine) and brought to our table. Thanks a lot for making our last days in La Paz unforgettable !

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. You could walk around and it was close to bank, pharmacy, shops, and restaurants (try Ancestral!) Zona Sur neighborhood is also a great place to acclimate to the altitude as it’s a few hundred meters lower than the rest of the city. Also super affordable massages!
