Really amazed by the warm hospitality of the staffs at Qantu. Roger was so helpful during check in, he patiently helped us set up wifi on our phones, connected us to travel agency which makes booking tours so convenient and helped us arrange taxi to go to bus station. We felt so well taken care of during our stay at Qantu. The breakfast was phenomenal with amazing view of La Paz city. Great selection of breakfast with made to order eggs! Centrally located. We appreciate water and coffee are available at the lobby. We fill up our water bottle everyday before we go out to explore the city, this help us save up a lot of time to buy water. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The beds are a bit old so not very comfortable. The room is pretty small. But overall great value

Secure, clean, bug free room with a surprisingly big bathroom and an effective heater (freezing at night in Bolivia in August). Its also a great location right next to a lot of the shops, Witches Market, walkable to the squares and historical buildings. Good wifi, good staff. They also held my bags for multiple days while on a climbing expedition and felt very safe and nothing got stolen or misplaced.

They did charge me half the room fare to check in 3 hours early, which wasn't great but understandable I suppose. Just a note! Breakfast is across the way at a different hotel but its just fruit and pastries not warm food like eggs and sausage, etc.

I was at Qantu hotel as part of the Intrepid tour group. I went a few days early before the start of the tour. Each and every staff member were amazing and very helpful. Denise, Lili, Roger and Juan Carlos could not be helpful enough. Always welcoming with a smile and spoke very good English (which really helps). The room was clean and the extra heater in the room really helps in the evenings. Location was very central and walking distance to main sights, markets and restaurants. Can be a bit loud as located on the main road but otherwise nil complaints. Thank you Qantu for making my stay feel like home!

The noise is the only downside.

The hotel has a very convenient central location near the witches market, not far from San Francisco Plaza. My room was comfortable, a good size and had a great shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but Lili is a superstar and made my stay so much better with her expert knowledge of the hotel, the city and the tours available and she is a lovely person too. Thank you Lili! The hotel has a restaurant, but I only had breakfast there. Breakfast is quite basic but there is a nice view of the city from the restaurant. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful. The bed was very confy and the shower was excelent. The staff was very helpful with tips and providing us with taxi cabs whenever needed (note it is more expensive than getting a regular taxi cab on the streets).

Breakfast was overall OK. It could be better, though. Some of the food could be served a bit warmer. Juice was a bit too sweet for my taste, but then again, that's rather personal.

All of the people at the reception are amazing, but Lily is the best. She helped us a lot with recommendations in the city, what to do, where to eat, and she helped us with a lot with our next travel plans. She really tries to help you. The room itself was very nice, and breakfast was also good.

They are working on a new floor, which caused some noise, but they start quite late and finish early, so not a lot of hindrance.

The Qantu Hotel truly made my stay in La Paz special. Everything was in great shape, modern and comfortable, the bed great and the location is also really fantastic. On top Roger, Denise and Liliana are incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help me with my questions and places to visit and do errands in La Paz. Many thanks again to the crew! I would definitely choose Qantu Hotel again when visiting La Paz.

Large modern room and bathroom. breakfast very good with eggs, fruit, breads, jams etc. early check in permitted. always very friendly staff. excellent wifi

They could provide a kettle in the bedroom. our booking said it would be included but was not. The rooms on the street are noisy but we were asked if we minded when we checked in. If you are a light sleeper they would probably move you to a different room.

Great value for money for hotel, clean, good hot water, very helpful staff (we got sick and changed our check out date multiple times and they were very helpful). Great location near witches market and some good restaurants (2 min walk)

Rooms a bit small - ended up moving to a 1bed airbnb for basically the same price and 3x as big with living room and kitchen
