This hotel was lovely! The room was a decent size, the bed was super comfortable, the design was updated and modern and the entire place was very clean and well organized. We felt comfortable, safe, clean, and warm. It was a great stay! The location was awesome and pretty close to a main square filled with restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even provided us with a convenient and affordable laundry service! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The only slightly annoying thing was there was a lot of honking, music, and fireworks outside all day, every day, and it was very loud in the room. So hopefully they make some updates to the doors and windows to help block out the sound a bit more. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

The location is good and the hotel in itself is quite futuristic. Everything is digital and the room is huge with a lot of ammenities. We had a great day and wished we could have spent more time. The staff was very kind too and even helped us with the room heater situation. You must try their rooftop restuarant as they have a great menu( good options for vegans) and the quantity, quality and the taste is brilliant. The view from the restaurant is great as well

The breakfast can be little improved, I am vegan so I face this problem everywhere but here there were literally bread, jam and a few fruits available. Most of the restaurants I end up getting either potatoes or avocado but I didn't have much luck here. With the hotel being so advance they can definitely work on more friendly breakfast alternatives.

The location is great, it's out of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to everything, we extended our stay here twice. The rooms are very clean and modern. Great value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful, my card was swallowed by an ATM and the receptionist helped call the bank for us. They also looked after our luggage for us when we went to the Amazon.

The double beds are on the small size so we ended up booking two singles. Breakfast was not the best here so we didn't have it even though it was included in our room rate. The windows like everywhere are single glazed so you can hear the traffic.

The location was excellent. Very close to major transit and commercial sectors.

The breakfast could use a little work. It was simple and often gone if you came down after 8am. The restaurant was delicious, but it would be great if we could pay with credit card.

Hotel is conveniently located near the light blue and purple stations of the mi teleferico cable car station. Hotel is located near the main shopping district and many restaurants open till late. Recommend “dumbo”for dinner… it’s nice and value for money. Overall area is safe to walk at night. Facilities in the hotel are very new.

All hotels I have been in in La Paz are not exactly soundproof. You can hear the traffic outside and the people in the room next door. This is literally the only minus point. The rest was all excellent!!!

Location is great and great value for the price. The rooms are modern and clean. Shower is great too.

Hard to fall asleep if noises bother you. Because of the high traffic of cars and people all day and night due to the location, you can hear everything from outside. The blinders are not pitch black either.

The day before we left we ordered a car to take us to the airport for 4 people and our luggage for early in the morning. They didn’t call the car until after we were already there then it was a standard taxi, which was too small and 20 minutes later than we had booked it for.

The staff were super welcoming and took care of an I'll friend in reception. the facilities were amazing

If I had to name a negative, not enough hanging space in the shower, but after 3 months in South America that is really me being picky for the sake of it

It was a very fancy place, good location, very kindness workers and very efficient too! I definitely would come back!
