Breakfast each morning was fine. The staff was very helpful to me as I fell ill with altitude sickness. Very centralized location and everyone was helpful in explaining the layout of the city.

I was very thirsty and they had to take an additional bottle of water in the middle of the night from the mini-bar, for which I was charged. I thought at least 2 bottles of water could have been provided each day despite not requiring maid service. Also, some of the Chines guests were very rude, speaking on their phones loudly, bumping in to me and gross table manners in the dining room.

Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a big mall and other restaurants/bars and cafes. The check-in and out process was easy. There is an option to book with the hotel for a Taxi transfer from the airport, which was great especially when we were all tired from a very long travel time with an arrival time after midnight. The driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign. The price was very reasonable charging per taxi, not per person. Our room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and closet space was plentiful. Shower pressure and temperature control were great. Breakfast had a good variety of selection, and if you are particular with your coffee, they have a nice coffee shop connected to the front lobby where you can buy your specialty coffee. I also appreciate the fact that their receptionist was bilingual (Spanish/English). All the receptionist we encountered havr been accommodating to our needs. Also, there is a self-service laundry machine in the hotel. At the time of our stay, it was $5 per load with the washer and dryer separately charged. We did see some laundry service within walking distance but this option was convenient and if shared with your group, then it is even more economical. Most importantly, they are equipped with an oxygen tank in case you ever need it for altitude sickness. One of my travel buds needed it the very first day we arrived. It was pretty scary.

Nothing much to note except a bit of traffic noise from the streets across the hotel.

I stayed here on two occasions and each time was really impressed by the size and comfort of my room. The location is also excellent - right next to a mall and there's a great cafe beside the lobby. It's close to the centre of town but also nice enough for relaxing/hanging out. The staff were invariably professional and polite.

The wifi was pretty poor - fine for streaming and browsing, but almost impossible for video & voice calls. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, either - great service but average food. And be aware that it's a pretty long (30 mins+) walk uphill to the centre of town - which would be fine at sea level, but it feels like a marathon when you're still adjusting to the altitude! Traffic noise was also an issue; earplugs are essential.

Awesome location, really nice rooms, full kitchen, suite area with great views of the city. Staff seemed very helpful

When I first checked in they gave me a room that was smaller and not what I paid for- but, when I said this they immediately fixed it and were able to switch my room. Everything had an extra charge to it, after a free water bottle all others were charged, laundry was available but ridiculously expensive- still convenient I suppose

This was a great hotel - as it is an aparthotel, the rooms were large with separate bedroom with a large king size bed. We had just come from a tour of the more remote areas of Bolivia where accommodation was very basic, so the relative luxury of this hotel was very welcome. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the city. There are a lot of dining options in the area and it is close to a cable car station with access to various parts of the city

Comfortable apartment hotel in a great location downtown, 400 m from a cable car station. The apartment was spacious and clean. There was a self service laundry in the hotel which we used and worked well. The front desk staff, Lia Mayra and Rafael Sossa, were exceptionally helpful assisting us with cable cars, laundry and travel arrangements. Restaurant downstairs could use more atmosphere and greater menu selection. Breakfast was adequate, limited food selection.

The restaurant downstairs.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, high end furniture. There was self service laundry. Building was acoustically sound to keep out street noise. 24 hour front desk. There is a nice square across the street. There is a nice coffee shop connected to it.

Room service was terrible. No one in the restaurant spoke English so orders had to be placed through the front desk. Promised my sandwich in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I called. They said 10 more minutes which was actually 20 minutes. It is far enough from the tourist center and cable cars to need a taxi.

Spacious room, which was really clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Location was good, a bit of traffic noise from the roundabout outside, but also loads of great restaurants and bars nearby and the neighborhood felt safe.

Breakfast wasn't that great, the cakes and pastries were usually stale and some kind of things tended to run out and not be replaced.

The apartment has a sitting room and kitchen. The bedroom is also spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is good for a tour to pick up. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel did offer buffet style breakfast but the variety is either small or they don't fill up the consumed quickly. We ended up only having a very boring breakfast which is far below a four star hotel standard.

Very nice, comfortable hotel. We had the presidental suite and in fact it was a kind of comfortable flat :)

The laundry. Hotel did not tell us there is in the hotel also self service for few BOBs. So we let the hotel do it. Ok, but the price was not in BOB but in US dollars, som few t-shirts, pants, socks, … had cost us more than 100$.
