The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was in a great location the beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet was good.The hotel is clean and comfortable. There are really cute communal balconies that look out to the mountains. I would come definitely come back - really is a nice little hotel and good value for money.

Nigt time noise! Some guests were really inconsiderate and the rooms have no soundproofing. The decor is a little dated but if you like lime green and brown it's OK! But you can see this from the pics The spa was OK but on some days was really cold. The steam room didn't get warm enough and I've no idea how the infant red sauna worked. The pool is small, overall it was good enough. You can have fun in the pool and the real sauna was good.

The location is very good. The hotel is close to the center and the ski lift but in a quiet side street. The staff was very friendly. The food was tasty, and there was enough variation so we didn’t get bored for 5 days. We stayed in the deluxe room which is quite spacious. The pool was warm, and while on the small side it didn’t feel crowded when we shared it with a few people. Overall quite good value for the price.

The mattress was really soft, which wasn’t a problem for me, but my GF had a hard time sleeping because of it. Since our room didn’t have a balcony, it would’ve been nice to have a clothes line on the window sill so we could air out our equipment after skiing. The saunas are for one or two people, so unless you time your spa visit correctly you’ll have to wait a bit to use them. We’ve brought our own towels for the spa, but it looks like you have to rent them otherwise (not 100% sure).

The room was quite big, also the bathroom and it had depositing spaces in the room as well as a room for the winter equipment. It has a closed parking lot and a very nice restaurant with very good food. The spa area is also very nice, small but it is and it's quite close to the gondola and other restaurants and stores. The beds and the pillows are very confortable.

We had an issue with the shower in our room but they immediately fixed it. They also changed our room because we found some mold near the Windows .The attitude was so nice that I wouldn't mention it here, but I encourage you to speak with the personal from the hotel because they will gladly help with anything in their power.

The hotel was in the perfect location really close to the ski center. The personel were really friendly and helped with everything we needed. The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing and plenty (huge variety and different buffet foods every day) which is really important after spending all day on top of the mountain snow riding. The spa facilities and amenities which are included in the price were spot on, again really important it was amazing that we could spend time in the sauna, hamam and pool after a long day skiing. There is private parking which made us feel safe about the car and finally really warm rooms and hot water at all times.

The rooms' space was a bit limited but as a couple which spent most time out of the room it didnt really affect us.

The location as it was in the centre of town yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. The owners and staff especially to lady in reception was very friendly and helpful although her English was not to great. She always made sure we were ok. The food was great also with just one small complaint which was it was not hot enough when put out on the buffet style table. But there was a microwave at hand to warm things up.

There wasn't anything that I disliked, but the rooms although clean, were very basic and could have been a bit more modernised with coffee making facilities. But I have been told by the owners that they are in the process of refurbishment and have not reached the top floor yet.

One of the best hotels we have ever been to, very clean, perfect location with stunning views of the mountain, very nice decor and a nice relaxation area. The staff made our stay exceptional, always smiling and helpful. Especially Daisy, she was always there to assist and giving us great tips on locations nearby to visit. Also the food was exceptional 10/10. Always fresh with a varied menu. Will definitely visit again and I highly recommend this Hotel.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was perfect, delicious, they have good pizza and great Bulgarian salad also, we didn't try the dinner but it looked great and varied. The festive dinner for New Year's Eve was also excellent and the DJ created a good atmosphere. We liked the 3 saunas and the small pool also for relaxing. Inside parking was also welcomed.

There was no mini fridge, it would've been useful.

This beautiful, well maintained, family run hotel delivered on so many levels. Fantastic room with a comfortable bed. Food was plentiful and traditional Bulgarian served up buffet style for breakfast and dinner. The spa facilities were an added bonus. We enjoyed a few trips to the sauna after a hard day's skiing. Exceptional place, would highly recommend - literally no complaints.

Location was great easy to get to from the main road and not far from the ski lifts too . The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Indoor pool , sauna and wellbeing massages were always available.

The No snow meant you had only 2 lifts open and a few runs so every body regardless of their ability was using the same runs .it made more work for the patrol guys getting people down on their sleighs .
