Really very good hotel, very very clean, everywhere - room, spa, pool, restaurant. Staff is very friendly and trying to help, except 1 accident when handyman came to our apparent and opened it without asking with his key... So I think we had to put the do not disturb badge everytime except we want them to clean. 3room apparent is very comfortable, 3 separate rooms with doors, 2 toilets. No cooking option there. Only microwave. Very very little fridgider(aka minibar) , but enough for several bottles and some small box. No window and balcony security grill. We were at August, we really like cold and we didn't need air-conditioner, it was cold enough in 2nd floor on mountain view. There is river there and very loud river noise (we liked it very much!). Breakfast - 3 type of egs, vegetables, sausages, bread, 4 types of cheese, coffee machine, apple and orange juice (didn't like it), 1 type of yogurt, cornflakes, but no any dish of boiled cereals. Evening - we did not like, no buffet and not from the menu, we eat outside at evening. Pool really good, water is 1.4m and 31-33 degree, kid's pool 0.7m. 3 types of saunas. Kids club is very big and has many toys! Relax massage was good. Massages are after lunch only(after 13:00 or 15:00). Around the hotel nothing interesting except very beautiful nature. 15-20 min walking to the center.

Evening meal not so good. Staff can come without asking and open the apparent with their key. Kid's club is opening around 9:45-10:00 only. No massage at morning, only after lunch. All this are really not significant and can be avoided once you know about it.

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. Upon our arrival the room was perfectly clean. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite - it was very spacious with a separate living room and kitchen which had everything you need. There’s a. small stream next to the hotel which you can hear from the room, it added an extra special touch to our nature getaway. The grounds of the hotel were very well maintained, with a big kids room and excellent Spa. The location of the hotel was perfect - surrounded by nature, with no traffic or walking people noises. All I could hear is the small stream next to the hotel and birds. The downtown was a 20 min walk which was just right for the ability to be away from the city noise. The gondola lift was a 10 min walk. We had breakfast in our package and for dinner we wanted to explore the local restaurants - which have a lot to offer. Breakfast was presented very well with high quality ingredients, everything was very tasty and they had espresso machines available for a good morning kickstart. Beds and pillows were comfy for a good night sleep. I’d def return to this hotel. Good job!

I’d suggest adding another hot tub - may be outside, because the one available is just not enough for the size of the hotel. Also may be posting a 15 min limit for the hot tub so everyone can enjoy it.

My wife and I had low expectations and my wife is Bulgarian, this was our first venture back to BG since 2019 due to Covid. All we can say is what a Little Gem! admittedly we were there out of the ski season so It was quiet, but all the staff we met were very friendly from the front desk to the cleaners, in particular two girls in the restaurant put a shift in over our 5 day stay being there for both breakfast which had a good spread, and the evening meal where you could have an as much as you want buffet or pick from the menu we tried both and had no complaints at all. My wife enjoyed a couple of enjoyable massages, and our 3 yr old enjoyed the pool which by default meant I had a great time too!

Although I believe we had an apartment, the hob i assume had been removed assuming there was one once beneath the cooker hood, very little plates glasses none existent knives forks, spoons etc. But biggest miss for me as we have all gone coffee mad was some form of coffee machine! For reference Bansko is 75 percent closed in August It really is a winter ski destination make sure you hire a car

The property was very clean and full of additional features, like spa, indoor pool, children’s playground (indoor and outdoor). Breakfast exceeded all expectations, all sorts of food, and always refilled. Apartment that we got was with two rooms, living room and bedroom. Large queen size bed. Very comfortable, with clean bathroom. Cable TV (HBO, sport channels, cartoons…), quality Wi-Fi internet.

Quiet and cozy place, within walking distance from the city center. Friendly staff, superb food. The staff checks the room before you leave, making sure you haven't forgotten anything.

I wish I could have a better view on Pirin mountain from the window.

We enjoyed a lot our stay! It was much better than expected considering Covid. We arrived late close to end of dinner time. The hotel called us to make sure we are Ok and to check if we need late dinner. Big plus for them 👍. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the ski lift, Ok for us. We appreciated how they managed to organise a decent New Year gala dinner, with champagne and fireworks (despite that due to current regulations in Bulgaria they had to finish quite early). Also, the spa is very nice! The email feedback prior to the trip also appreciated.

Some improvements in breakfast can be made. Small recepients for jam/chocolate should be made available on the same table where these are set. Also, more attention to the fried eggs couldn't hurt, they looked quite stiff. But let's be clear: this did not make us enjoy any less our stay.

Very good overall. Staff is friendly and nice, rooms are big and comfy, facilities are good, food is great. Especially liked the pool and the game room is nice as well. There is shuttle bus transportation to the gondola included in the accommodation price.

There's only 1 hot tub and it's not always functioning properly. There are no drinks severed with dinner, not even a glass of water (while with breakfast there is water, juices, tea and coffee). The bar area (outside of the cantina) is nicely decorated, but the drinks selection is not impressive. Also, an indoor cigar smoking area would've been nice, but I can understand why that's not a priority.

Our apartment was awesome. There was a river next to it and it was super relaxing. There was a variety of food offered for both breakfast and dinner.

The second day the sauna started later than the opening hour and I waited until it reached the temperature. Only the aroma sauna was functioning, although by the afternoon it felt like an ordinary sauna ( no herbal scent). The cleaning ladies are crazy about the elevator. One day it was stuck on floor 4, so I used the stairs instead, and saw the cleaning lady was holding the elevator's door while chatting with another cleaning lady.
