Very nice, big rooms. Very clean. Kitchen fully equipped for basic cooking. Location is good and staff is very helpful. Plenty of parking in the area. Some shops and restaurants close by.

The bathroom had a few minor issues like a boiler water drain pipe was going into the floor drainage in front of the toilet and a plastic cover on the wall kept falling out. Sound proofing could be better so it could be a problem if you have a noisy neighbors. TVs are very old and don't have a HDMI connecter to hook up a laptop.

I lked the location , close to the gondola. There were parking places near the property . I liked that the staff spoke english very well and they were friendly. Even if it was a bit cold the pool was nice and not crowded , the sauna was very nice and the breakfast was varied and very tasty. We slept very well because it was in a quiet area . The room was clean and they changed towels during our stay. To be honest this property was a really nice surprise - very good value for the money we paid .

The reception was a little dated but not something to bother the guests. I didnt like that they let cars to park in front of the entry where the space is for dropping off your luggage and leave . Also for the pool would be nice some carpets to prevent slipping

The room was very large and comfortable even for more than two people. The hotel is located next to the ski gondola station of the lift and the building and the apartments are very well heated. Breakfast is very rich and varied and there is something for everyone. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help when you need something. The spa area is a wonderful place and there are two saunas that work for you as soon as you get home from skiing. We left the hotel early in the morning and were even surprised that they had prepared lunch boxes for us. We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Bansko and we will certainly visit it even in summer.

We didn't like the fact that we didn't want to go home after our visit to this wonderful hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, nice big apartment with comfy bed, breakfast nice selection! Had everything needed.. towels changed daily and bedding changed during stay! Good value!

Just a few things that could do with attention, cupboard door hinge had gone, shower over bath did not point in right direction but bath lovely! Kettle did not turn off without unplugging.. all things that could easily be sorted though!

Dream hotel was honestly great. We got the duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and we're surprised by how spacious it was. We had 2 full toilet and showers, a nice little balcony and a cozy living room. The location was pretty good, around 5 minutes walk to the gondola and lots of good restaurants in the area. We booked this place around 3 weeks before our stay when not many options were available, and we're pleasently surprised.

Hot water sometimes ran out but after decently long showers. The kitchen is minimally equiped, but has the basics.

The location was great. The manager answered always in few minutes at my email, she book the car for our trip from the airport to the hotel. All staff was very friendly, with a smile on their faces. The room was large with a kitchenette that allow me to cook. The room had a very good system of hitting. You can set how you like. Lift working perfectly. The room was very clean, the same as the common area. Good supplies of toiletries. Very close with supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Near the gondola and ski area. Very happy with my choice, and for sure will gone book again in summer.

Hotel was fine for us and our apartment had loads of room - the breakfast was simple but decent. Location was great only 5 mins walk to ski shop and 10mins to gondola and easy to get to town. Staff were friendly and really helpful - would definitely stay again. For the money you pay its exceptional value.

The bar could have been slightly bigger/better but not really an issue.

The room was larger than we expected, was really lovely to have this extra space to relax after the day on the mountain. We were walking distance to the gondola lift and many restaurants and food options.

The cleanliness of the apartment was the biggest let down, we found hair in our bathroom which wasn't the best experience. The shower was leaking too; also a bit of an issue as we weren't given a bath mat so needed to use a hand towel which means we then had to share one.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, location was also good, breakfast was very good. The bads were comfortable. There are enough parking places around the hotel. The sauna was nice. We also played billiard , which was also nice.

It was cold inside and there was not enough hot water when we arrive, but after few hours it was good. It would be better to turn on the heat before the guests arrival.

Dim and insufficient lights in the room, the furniture was not in the best condition, not all rooms have washing machines (fortunately, ours had after we changed it, the staff was kind to accommodate all our needs), no kitchen towels, no baking paper for the oven.
