Nice to have a firepace in a hotel room. The suite was big and stylish and very comfortable. Very nice bathroom. Balcony. Great location. Underground parking with and elevator. Uniqato is an outstanding value for the price.

Lack of equipment in the kitchen. There is a sink, electric kettle, cooktop, fridge, and microwave. 2 glass tea mugs with teabags, 2 spoons and 4 glasses are provided. No instant coffee. No dishes. No forks or knives. No cooking pots or pans. No corkscrew. Not even a bowl if you want to make popcorn in the microwave.

Very large room, friendly staff, location is PERFECT.

No lock from the inside of the room for extra security. Victoria restaurant is NOT good.

The Uniqato is lovely. Have stayed there twice now and will stay again. Very reasonably priced. We had a suite with a fireplace. It has to be the biggest room I have every stayed in! Having a real fire every evening was a bonus. They have a sauna but we didn't really use it as we were out a lot or needed to sleep. The shower was amazing. The only small thing that I would change about the room if I could would be to have some hooks on the wall near the door to hang ski coats, helmets etc and there was no mirror in the room only the bathroom and as I use straightners/curlers etc to do my hair, it was difficult as I couldn't see what I was doing. A full length mirror would have been ideal near to a plug socket. But they are minor things. The Victoria restaurant situated in the same building is lovely and very reasonable. They also do room service. The breakfast wasn't amazing but adequate. I honestly can't eat much before skiing anyway! The staff are nice, attentive and friendly. They have a ski/boot room in the basement and the gondola station is really close. Just a few minutes walk.

Would have liked some hooks on the wall to hang wet coats etc. and a mirror in the main room, full length preferably and near to a plug socket. These two small things would have made it pretty perfect.

Wonderful hotel in Bansko for reasonable price. Great stuff Included breakfast is not buffet, but can be selected from options in menu: Continental, English, French, Healthy, Bansko style. Our favourite - English breakfast, latte/cappucino/espresso is also included Great Victoria restaurant with good dishes selection, you don`t need to search for place to dine out Cleaning can be done on request at reception every day, pay attention to this In general - we are satisfied with hotel

2 things to improve: Orange juice is a mix of orange fresh and Mirinda/Fanta. It is better to notify about this or even not use Mirinda/Fanta at all We found information about cleaning at the last day of our stay, would be great to know this at check-in But this cons are so tiny in comparison with pros

Room was spacious, the hotel is situated in the new area of Bansko and very close to the gondola and the main area with bars and shops. Breakfast was good, the staff is very friendly. Room was very clean and had everything needed, great terrace as well.

As we were with a child we requested a quite room. But we were accommodated in a room right above the restaurant- we asked for a change, but they said everything is booked and there is no possibility for changing the rooms. It was the day before new years eve and the music was loud, however the day of the New year the music was even louder and the party continued till 5 am so we could not sleep at all. Yes, it is New years eve, but with a baby we really needed a quite room on one of the higher floors and not the noisiest one possible just above the party... This ruined the whole positive experience unfortunately.

exceptional location, literally five mins away from the gondola station. combined with the breakfast area at ground floor, you can find one of the best restaurants in town and all the town's ammenities no more than 10 min away. newly decorated, comfy rooms. easy going staff. 10% discount for equipment rentals next door. free garage parking

we didnt get enough housekeeping during our 4 nights stay, but this might be our fault in communication as well

The proximity to the gondola, underground parking and the staff that is all the time there to help you with everything you need, very polite and professional. If you stay to this hotel you get to gondola in 2 min walking, you have shops and ATM around the corner. The most important is that you have Victoria restaurant that is the best restaurant in Bansko, with the best staff. The sauna is small but is very nice and hot.

The rooms have problem with the heating, the heaters in the room did not worked and they were using AC. It was ok with the AC the temperature in the room, but the air during night gets very dry because of this and is not comfortable. We told them that we have respiratory problems because of the AC during night and they made us an upgrade to another suite with fireplace for free. Their intention were good but the heater’s were not functional and we had to use the AC again. For the fire place you need to pay 20leva the wood load. The furniture is outdated, the beds are ok but depends of the room. The sofa is very old and used, you can’t sleep on it not even sitting because of the hollow. We missed also a jacuzzi or a pool.

The location of the property was lovely. Very close to the central part of the city, but at the same time very quiet and pleasant. Staff was lovely and welcomed us with our pet with a smile. There was a free underground parking, so your car is not outside. Breakfast was also very nice. A great boutique hotel for a couple’s getaway or a family vacation. Will definitely visit again.

The kitchenette was empty, I repeat EMPTY, nothing at all. Not one fork, not one plate, nothing !! What's the purpose of it if it's empty, I have no idea. Wifi was not working on the second floor of the room.

Great location and view from the room! I had executive room with fireplace and it's quite big room with a great view, terrace, mini-kitchen, big table. I felt really at home there. Fireplace is also quite nice, but it's won't allow to warm-up the place unfortunately. There is a mini-spa in the hotel and it is free of charge. I used it and it's great. Hotel is located in 2 steps of the lift, so if you travel for skiing or hiking - it would be easy to access mountains. It's not that close to the city center, however there are other very good restaurants nearby. Hotel is not very big, but nevertheless cozy and quite! Staff was unbeatable - manager Tanya was ever-smiling and ever-welcoming and tried to solve everything.

Very expensive restaurant. Not the best breakfast I had, especially if this is sweden table (sometimes it is a menu-breakfast). Expensive firewood. One time it's free but then it's 10 EUR per each time, wow.
