Very kind staff, we had to leave 2 days before the checkout and they offered to return us the money. Everything was great and the spa is one of the best i saw.

The location is great, the staff was very helpful and quick as our reservation was submitted wrong and instead of 2 adults + 1 kid, they've got it only for 2 adults but they quickly resolved that and added an additional bed. The dinner was not included in our booking but we paid on the reception, the variety and the quality were fantastic for the price. The breakfast is also good with plenty of options for different tastes and diets. The SPA is also nice and it was not crowded when we were there.

Some of the staff in the restaurant was perhaps not well trained, they were getting orders wrong or didnt speak clear enough although we all speak the native language. Others though were very friendly and welcoming like the hostess at the restaurant and of the bartenders. The room this time was facing the street (last year we were facing the mountain) and it was sometimes noisy or smelly from the cars outside. The furniture was not very well maintained and needs renovation here and there. It was too hot for us to sleep in the room and it was challenging to impossible to control the heating.

The location was excellent, right next to the gondola lift. The hotel was also very clean with good breakfast.

only one room was given for a triple room, when asked for a second one, they said they don’t give spare keys.

The room was big enough, clean, the bed was comfortable, sheets and pillows nice and soft. I personally skipped the breakfast, but my wife liked it. The hotel allows very fast access to the gondola and the slopes. The staff are helpful and friendly. Typically I am not big fan of Bansko, but this stay makes me rethink my opinion.

Part of the breakfast food was with low quality ( ham). The sauna was with lower temperature and humidity than what I am personally used to, but it is just personal opinion. The tax for the late check out was nearly equal the price of staying one more night. The rooms above the restaurant kitchen are experiencing the noise of the kitchen elevator.

Guest were exceptionally loud in corridors late at night. I know this is not the hotels fault but sombody could ensure that its quite after a certain time.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is exelent! Very clean room and very tasty food.

The lights in the room. Very very dark. It was very hard to find my clothes.

The room was good, we got a balcony with a beautiful view to the Gondola lift. The location is amazing, a couple of minutes walk to the Gondola Lift. Big bathroom, heating everywhere, a lot of room for cloths and equipment.

If you don't ask, the room service will not replace your towels or robes.

Most rooms give on the montain and the ski runs which is very nice. Rooms are a bit old but comfortable, our bathroom had been renovated recently. Sauna and gym are fine.

Perhaps the hotel should organize a shuttle to go the ski area for its clients.

spa is quite nice especially the outdoor jacuzzi

breakfast is nog very high quality. Ingredients are so so there is a good variety but each type of food feels low quality coffee is below average ski room stinks

Good hotel, very friendly staff, excellent location, great SPA, great value for money.

My only real comment is the rooms cleaning services. Often dirty glasses were left, no refill or tea or coffee.
