Comfortable rooms, lovely view to the mountains and great breakfast! Good service and minibus to the gondola. All in all very nice hotel.

The only disappointment was the noise and misbehaving of the clients in the spa. Noisy group of guys, coming in and out of the sauna and leaving the doors open, jumping in the pool and shouting. A woman smoking electronic cigarette in the jacuzzi. A lot of water on the floor. I found it strange that the staff did absolutely nothing although they have seen all the mess.

Still a good value for the money, even it is obviously it is an old hotel. They pay a lot of attention to the common areas, restaurant, pool, main lobby. Standard breakfast, more variated during the weekend , when the hotel was more crowded. We had a large room, with separate bedroom, they changed the sheets once for a 3 nights room and the towels twice.

The main impression for the room, corridors, elevator and even de spa is dark. Low lights everywhere. I booked a facial massage and when I entered into the room, I hardly saw the bed. Even the room furniture it is as you expected, it is very obviously how old it is. There are areas in the room and bathroom where they need to renovate asap.

Although some facilities in the spa were not available what was offered was excellent. Staff was excellent too. Also breakfast was very good. Room was spacious offering many amenities.

TV channels available too poor and VHF channels it is a thing of the past. What was available was in poor quality. Air conditioners struggling to cool the room. Fortunately needed only couple of hours a day and definitely not during nighttime. Plumbing also need renovation.

The hotel is clean, the whole hotel smelled good, breakfast and dinner diversified and tasty.

I made reservation for Superior Suite, and I received a half from an apartment with 2 bedrooms, separated by a door. We had, let's say 2 small rooms (something which could be a living room and a bedroom, separated by a curtain). In the "living room" there was a bed, and when you were entering into the living, the bed was so close by the entrance door, so you could jump directly into the bed. Also, in this half of apartment we didn't have hanger, we had a small closet. And....the bathrobes were old and different from the bathrobes from the other rooms. SPA area is small, and one of the shower didn't work.

A very beautiful luxury hotel with great facilities and the best value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful to everything we requested. Everything was clean and cozy and we felt like home. The room we booked was a Superior Suite and was the largest hotel room we ever stayed. We had a complimentary wine and water and the room had everything. From bathrobe and slippers to shoe polish and shoehorn. The bathroom was huge had both a shower and a bath tub. The bed was comfortable with feather quilt and double pillows for each guest. The breakfast was a buffet with great variety and for all tastes. We ate at Amvrosia restaurant and everything was very tasty. Specially the creme brulee at the end as a dessert was fantastic. Unfortunately, we did not had time to use the spa facilities and the massage services that from what we have heard is exceptional and based on the other services we received we are certain that there are. We will certainly come again on winter time for more days to enjoy the snow and take advantage of all the facilities the hotel offers. Specially the massage.

Excellent facilities, service and food, all hotel aspects. I had two different types of rooms after deciding to extend my stay. The hotel owner was present and welcoming making sure that her guests stay will be perfect and it was. The hotel staff, from the reception to the serving and pool staff were very helpful. The massage therapists were excellent. The first room, a suite with a private large hot tub with jet streams, is what a hiker or a skier needs after a long day in the mountain. The second room was as large with a wrap around balcony with great views of the forested mountains starting right at the end of the hotel property. The recommended by the hotel guided tour service to the sightseeing was excellent. I used them twice with best service results. Very clean in the rooms, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools and other common areas. Covid safe in all respects. A real warm hospitality feeling that you are home. I will definitely return.

The staff are always eager to help and assist. Tge Amvrosia restaurant has an amazing beef steak, cooked to perfection. The reception staff are really pleasent and the bell boy is always very helpful. The spa facilities are great and we could customize the jacuzzi settings to our liking, which was a huge plus. We stayed at the Premier hotel during the off-peak season, so we had a very calm and quite time. Finally, get the breakfast option, it should not be missed!

The hotel does need to improve it's overall maintenance. The gym is a bit run down and has some missing items. But overall it was great value and an amazing experience

Comfortable big room with balcony, spacious bathroom. Swimming pool and the Spa, breakfast and dinners (gourmet cuisine quality), very calm area around the hotel, perfect for those looking for a peaceful break. Service was excellent and all the workers very kind

The hotel is around 2 km from the Old Town of Bansko. Its ok to have a walk but if you have to come back in the evening may be a little bit uncomfortable.
