Predela 2 is one of several Apart Hotel - style blocks on the edge of this popular (in winter) ski resort. Our first floor studio was compact but comfortable with bed, kitchenette, dining table and chairs and a balcony overlooking a garden area, as well as, an en suite bathroom. In addition, the hotel has its own heated swimming pool which guests can use. Being a Sunday at the end of September, the hotel's restaurant and coffee bar were both shut. The security guard on reception spoke no English but rang the off-duty receptionist who was able to direct us to the nearby ( about five minutes on foot) "Motikata" restaurant with its welcoming log fire.

I have only praise for this hotel. Staying here with two young kids, we all fell in love with everything. The rooms were beautifully furnished with a spacious, comfortable living room, a cozy bedroom, and a small terrace overlooking the trees with the soothing sound of a nearby river. The floor-to-ceiling window in the living room filled the space with natural light all day. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were plenty of extra towels, bathrobes, and slippers. The pool was fantastic—clean and well-maintained. The yard, and the kids playground fantastic. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Our accommodation was flat 36 - the flat was spacious and comfortable. The location is great (just outside the main tourist strip). The pool was great! The reception staff were VERY kind and helpful - thank you very much.

The flat we had was looking towards the town (on previous visit we had a nicer view of the mountain). The maintenance upkeep of the flat could be better: - in the main living room there were electrical sockets that were not fixed properly to the wall and a small child can easily get into trouble. - there were two bathrooms and the one without a bath was in good need of repair - the sink taps were loose, the shower door was leaking and the flush on the toilet was half missing

Very ncie and clean accomodation, exactly as advertised! Room had a nice balcony and a small kitchen, fully equipped. The food in the hotel restaurant was pretty good and we also had the option to grab our food and eat it in the room. Breakfast is a traditional continental breakfast, nothing lacking and everything was pretty good. The spa/pool area was also very clean - it only gets a bit overcrowded on saturday afternoons, which is totally expected. Staff was super friendly and understanding, we had absolutely no issues with our stay and will definitely repeat. The gondola station is less than 10 minutes walking.

There are numerous positive aspects to highlight about this property. The room size was ample, complemented by a terrace. The heating system worked exceptionally well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of options which are typical for the Balkan region. Swimming pool facilities seems well-maintained. Parking places were big enough. While the property is situated slightly away from the city center, its location in a peaceful area enhances the overall experience. It would be interesting to see this in the summer.

The room appears to have received little attention from maintenance staff or utility services. Everything seems on the verge of falling apart at any moment. The cabinet handles are loose, and the kitchen cabinet door dampers are broken, failing to keep the doors upright. Additionally, caution is needed with the shower faucets, as they may detach if turned too forcefully. If these issues are addressed, we would be happy to return, as the property holds great potential, and rectifying these minor issues shouldn't require much effort.

The facilities, and more specifically the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath and Sauna. They where all clean with the correct temperatures.All negative comments that I have read prior my stay, either are not correct or they have been attended by the management. Perfect value for money. The Center of the village is 10 minutes walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable with adequate space. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Indeed you have to ask for rooms to be attended and cleaned. For 3 nights for 2 person we didn’t really need any cleaning service.

You have to bring your own slippers to walk down to the swimming pool area. Also in no sufficient ammentities for the shower. Only shampoo.

Very nice flat, very clean and comfortable, very quiet, with a wonderful, spectacular view, it's fantastic to relax on the balcony!!!! Very pleasant nice garden! Very helpful staff! With a big TV if u have time to watch TV at all ..... Very comfortable and well equipped kitchenet, Very pleasant living room. Clean bathrooms (2 .. one for each bedroom!) with really hot water. We came 2-d time to exactly the same flat and will try to come again when it's possible!

There is nowhere to hang anything anywhere in the flat ... !! 🤣🤣🤣 It's a minor thing, just wondering why is that!?? No negative things really ....

This is the 3rd time we visit Predela 2 Apart-hotel and we really like it here in the summer. The hotel is ideal for families with children - there is a lovely pool and the newly expanded garden is a superb addition to the hotel facilities. I personally love the quiet location amd the sound of the nearby mountain brook in the evening. This time we stayed in flat 63. The flat has a small balcony overlooking the side of the mountain and the brook. In the morning is sunny and gets quite hot (during our visit the AVG daily temperature in Bansko was ~35C), but in the evening as the sun goes towards the other side of the building, sitting on the balcony is great. To bedroom was good size, very comfortable bed and the side window was a bliss, creating cross -breeze to cool down. The sofa bed in the living room was good for a child. Staff were absolutely superb - polite and very helpful.

The flat we stayed was on the 5th floor, and it took quite some time of running water before the hot water comes out.

Booked a massage, massage was really good and such a great price! Staff was incredibly helpful and so friendly. We were missing breakfast on the last day due to our flight being earlier in the day so we had to leave the hotel at 7am. There were 8 of us in this group and the hotel packed us breakfast and gave it to us the night before!!! Sandwich, snacks, cake, water, they were so sweet to do that for us! We booked one 3 bedroom and one 2 bedroom apartment for our group. The 3 bedroom is where i stayed and it was absolutely amazing! Extremely happy with how cozy everything was and clean!! They always had someone down in reception no matter what time and they'd help us call taxis or with literally anything we needed!

Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, with a wonderful view to the hotel's grounds and the mountain. The spa is also clean and well mantained, and the skyroof gives a wonderful feeling. The staff was also very polite. Decent internet connection.

I don't really have some major complaint apart from the fact that the hotel is huge and the spa can accommodate comfortably up to a certain amount of people, so at a certain point it can be a bit crowded. Also, a table on the balcony would have been nice, but again, not really a complaint, just a remark that might be useful.
