Amazing indoor children's play area, and the girl working there was super sweet to our toddler! The bed was big and comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa receptionist and masseur also very friendly. The buffet dinner was really good.

There were stars to the restaurant so not very convenient for a stroller, also dark and no tables outdoors. Cigarette smoke inside the spa center coming from guests smoking at the pool area. There were construction works so it was a bit noisy and the view not as great as in the pictures. I was charged for a green tea in a plastic cup at the spa center while these tend to be complementary at other 5* spa hotels. The waitress collected my plate and drink while I was getting some extra food at the buffet.

Clean rooms and functional facilities, although calcareous residues are present. Good diversity of pools. Pool bar is nice. Spa is well equipped (a hotter sauna would be nice). Reasonable breakfast and dinner for half board (not fancy, but you may find a few good options). They also have a la carte. Although drinks were not include, prices are reasonable (we spent around 50 Euro euro on a 3 days stay 2 adults+1child, ordering everything we needed). Would recommend and come back.

Works are being done on the premise, some access ways are not closed and protected. We could walk right into the construction site. Also a dirty view and odor on the way to the restaurant. Construction workers chilling at the door in front of the reception when tourists are coming back from dinner. These things alter the quality of the stay. When I book a 5* resort, expectations are high. Some of them have not been met. I hope they will be fixed

-Staff extremely nice and helpful. -The spa was great, the pools were great. -Food was great, a bit repeatable on breakfast, but lunch menu and restaurant menu were great!

-Tin walls, with noisy neighbors made it a bit annoying. -Ac was only for heating (atlesat in our room) - Opening the balcony door for air means the possibility of bugs walking in (Because of the AC not providing coolness) -Shower temperature was inconsistent

The whole stay was amazing, there were a total of 4 outdoor pools and 1 large indoor pool. All the pools were clean and kept at a perfect 31-32 degrees Celsius temperature the whole time! The largest outdoor pool had a wet bar where you could order drinks and food from. The resort also offered messages and spa treatments which were great! Overall a terrific experience, would definitely come again.

The water in the pool was cold, I guess they wait for the sun to warm it up. The staff at the restaurant were rude and ignorant. We had dinner included in our room rate and when we arrived, no one greeted us. No one came to our table to check on us as if we need any drinks, we didn't know which menu to use, was it a buffet or what? We waited 15 mins and I went to ask them myself.

I really liked the room (Deluxe Double Room) in which we stayed - spacious, modern, well furnished, with balcony and nice view. The bed was very comfortable and we had good night sleep. I appreciated that there was access to Netflix and room service. The outdoor pools, saunas and the steam baths were good.

Overall the hotel wasn't too clean nor well-maintained. Only 1 person from the staff was wearing a face mask, no covid measures were taken nor followed, even in the restaurant which was disturbing. There was no lifeguard at the pool, no one bothered to clean the water there, which ended up with an accident - a woman fell because of the wet floor. The wi-fi during our second day wasn't stable and was gone most of the day. The real problem in the hotel though is the food - in the best case you can call it average - doesn't respond to 5* hotel for sure. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but surely Medite is not one of the places where we'd come back.

Very calm and relaxing place, we had a great time with the family. The food was tasty and hotel offered a nice assortment and variety. Rooms are spacious and have all necessary amenities. The entire hotel staff was really nice and helpful. Beautiful pools and spa facilities, you'll really appreciate the view of the city from the outdoor pools. Looking forward to return back and stay in a private villa.

Can’t think of anything specific, I'm confident that the hotel management are aware and working on some small things in the facility that require better maintenance or improvement.

I loved the different types of pools to keep the kids entertained. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was impeccable. Breakfast was excellent and very rich.

There is carpet in the rooms and the area next to the bathroom was not clean at all, as water dripped from the bathroom and constantly got the carpet wet and yucky. Also, the couch was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on: it seemed to have a wooden board for the extension. Moreover, very few people speak English so it is difficult to get your point across.

The friendly and polite staff. The amount of outside pools. The room calmness and the view. The kids indoor playground. The big parking lot.

The high price. The room size and amenities are more likely considered 4* hotel comparing to the price per night. The temperature of the pools is not maintained properly. There is one extremely hot pool (nearest to the entrance of the indoor pool), meanwhile the kids pool is not warm enough, so infants can stay and play - that can be improved.

SPA aria and the view were amazing. Rooms are spacious and confortable.

The elevators setting can be improved to secure a smarter way of timely utilization. It requires a lot of time waiting and creating queues of people in front all the 3 elevators.
