The villa is located on a hill on the main road from which a picturesque view of the Hills around Sandski in direction to Harsovo to the South, Pirin mountain to the eat, north-easy. The Villa has an open pool that we’re looking forward to try next time. What about the food, one of the best restaurants that I’ve been in Bulgaria. The menu is comprised of local farm products from the region and seafood from nearby Greece. Every dish that we tried had a personal touch and elegance. The staff was very polite and friendly resonating with the positive vibe of this amazing Mediterranean styled villa. We’ll love to visit again.

Everything - the staff is kind, it is clean and quiet. The food in the restaurant is one of the best I've ever had. The outside pool is clean and you can enjoy the whole day there as the beach bar offers a variety of light foods and drinks. I already booked my next stay here and recommend to friends.

Probably the room view as it was situated in front of a construction of another building but this is so minor in comparison to the great experience I had.

The food at restaurant Sinti was very good, fresh and tasty, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff members at the restaurant and the reception were nice and smiley.

Our booking was for a deluxe room with balcony, but at our arrival we were accommodated into a room with no balcony, as there wasn't one available. We were disappointed about that and the girl at the reception suggested as compensation a discount for the price of our stay. The pool was not heated and when the temperature outside was not hot but warm, the water in the pool was rather cold. The hotel complex is very nice with a beautiful outdoors area, but is situated right next to a main road, which is constantly busy and is very noisy, especially when you open the windows of the room.

Deluxe double room was really nice furnished, there was a bottle of wine and water for a compliment. Facilities in the bathroom was a really luxury cosmetic. There is a beautiful garden where you can make a short walk. You could order a wine testing too, or make a really prolonged lunch with a bottle of good wine in the garden of the restaurant. Pets are allowed, so we were there with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and he was really king everywhere in the Hotel (except Spa area).

The restaurant has a limited menu, and if you order something that you don’t like, they don’t charge you but it is hard to choose something else. For example I didn’t like grilled squid because was like a gum. On the other Han the dessert (lemon tart) was delicious. The spa area was really small, and when you have Sauna and Steam bath, and in the Sauna the temperature was rather low, you don’t have much choice.

At the very arrival at Villa Sintica we were enchanted by the harmony of the whole place. The slightly aside of city noise location, the green yard, the building design- all was creating the feeling that we are in a dream place. After checking in our rooms, which are very romantically decorated and with extremely comfortable beds, we headed the restaurant for lunch. At first glance the menu looks pretentious, but in reality it is really sophisticated. We ordered at least 12 different dishes so we can share them and each and every single one of them was a celebration for our senses. The waiter is a pure gem. He was taking care of our good time as if we were hosts at his own home. The Rose wine is great. We would grab any future chance to visit the hotel again.

It was my second time here. Nice villa with sauna, steam and jaccusi. The best is a kitchen! Very good food. Internet was working correctly this time. The staff willingly helped to solve all the problems.

The English of some waiters was very poor what caused some difficulties. Sometimes we felt like not so welcomed, but it could be caused by our late coming.

We booked this as we were in transit to Greece and it was the only hotel we found closer to the border with Greece and it was awesome. We arrived late in the night, but they were super nice and let us order from the bar, even tho' they already closed the restaurant. The room is big with the most comfortable bed and pillows I ever slept in, so I've slept like a baby on a cloud. Everything is spotless clean. From the towels to the bathroom. Loved it and totally worth it! Definitely will come back. I really regret not being able to stay more. Thank you!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect

Excellent food, clean rooms, nice pool (didn't try it), very good transit hotel as it is just about 30km away from the Kulata border crossing. For people with electric cars or plugin-n hybrids, there is a charging station on the property parking (didn't use it as I don't have one)

In one of the rooms the noise from the interior pool was very loud to the point my wife thought the air conditioning could not be stopped.

5*star property , very luxury, so clean like brand new everything, very stylish design, feels like fairytale. great location , posh lovely estate . Lovely stay , staff was so polite professional and all speaking English . we got upgraded to a large room with balcony and super view.

because of Covid the restaurant was not working for lunch and dinner , but the breakfast they provided so delicious and fresh , home made and with warm care.
