Smart and comfortable. Helpful staff

Kettle in room but no cups or coffee/tea (did ask incase they forgot but told not available in rooms) what is the kettle for?? Hot tub not working (empty of water) in the spa area.

The location of the property is great, it is in a good neighbourhood with lots of enjoyable walks nearby. The local traditional restaurant is good. It is very peaceful and quiet, the staff were very friendly. The lobby and restaurant seems to be made to a high standard. We didn’t go in the pool and the spa facilities were closed.

There are some minor refurbishments needed in the bedroom, I think plumbing is a general issue of Bulgaria so expect the toilets to smell a little funky.

The hotel is well placed in a very beautiful mountain area, quite, not so far away from the center of Sofia (15 minutes with car). The personnel paid attention to our needs, trying to help us with everything we asked for( especially the man working night shift:p ) For the breakfast you have to choose only one item and we recommend asking for european breakfast. Going to the Spa was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed it a lot. They also provide you a place for your car in their parking lot.

The bathroom was a little too small and because of that there was always water on the floor after having a shower but for the price we paid it was ok.

On the whole, my stay was quite enjoyable and met my expectations. The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently close to some lovely hiking spots and a fantastic restaurant. The gym and pool, both noteworthy for a hotel, were impressive; however, adding two more 20-25kg plates to the weightlifting rack would be a valuable improvement. Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge the front desk staff for their friendly and attentive service.

The location, architecture, and food were great! The staff was very welcoming and attentive to details. The food in the restaurant was delicious! There is parking available and places to explore around, like a small water fall.

We were not very lucky with the room with the round bed. It was very clean, but still, the bathroom had a strong smell. If you avoid this room you would be fine.

we loved it. so much that we are going back for 2 more nights this week. its a jem in a big city. located at the mountain foot its like a forest retreat - but in luxury hotel. spa was not functioning, but we sure used the indoor swimming pool and gym. pelt more like a private cabin in the mountain then 10 minutes from city center.

Peaceful location, stylish decor, nice food. Lovely en suite bathroom and pleasant views. On the edge of countryside, but only a short walk to bus stops and excellent restaurants. Easy public transport into Sofia.

Wires hanging out of the walls. No bedside tables. No access to the rooftop bar or lookout, which was disappointing.

The room was nice and big. With a beautiful view. The area is close to shopping centres and the pool was clean but cold. The staff was really helpful.

The pillows are all so so bad. The Spa was not working. The restaurant was not working at Christmas and we had breakfast included.

The place is very quiet and nice.It has a nice view from the window. The pool and spa are nice. The rooms are warm and cozy. The bathroom is quite big. The bed too. I would visit again but for a short stay.

You pay 2.50 euro for a coffee and they serve it in a cardboard cup looks like from a street coffee machine.

Very quiet and beautiful hotel, and its not far from the airport whilst being away from the city/industry feeling as this is out of town but not too far if you wanted to go back into Sofia. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. I would 100 % go back for sure. The only sad thing was the pool was too cold, the sauna wasn't working nor the jacuzzi so I would not rely on coming here for those facilities. I did not mind as the the hotel was so nice and we are on a stop through to travel to Bansko to ski, so it was a needed for a quiet calm night and not a spa experience. I would recommend anyone book here. They have a resturant so you don't need to leave to eat and breakfast is included.
