The property was a nice to stay. It stills serves breakfast by ordering, I guess a former COVID requirement. The good thing is you could order anything you wanted, not matter how many times. The staff were especially friendly and helpful in meeting my needs while I stayed there.

While the bathroom was clean, however it had a smell in it that didn't leave during the stay. Also, I think they could possibly provide better quality towels for the price charged.

We stayed as a stop over before heading for a wedding, I booked 2 rooms after arriving by plane in Sofia, when we arrived it was pouring with rain and it took longer than expected to get to hotel, once there we were upgraded to a larger room, the man working on reception was brilliant and really helpful. He served us drinks all night and made sure we were well looked after.

Friendly and helpful staff (suitcase was brought to room). We got a room upgrade! We were welcomed with fresh lemonade and slices of cake. We ate delicious food in the evening in the outdoor poolside restaurant. Drinks in the bar not expensive by European standards. Breakfast is not a buffet, but sufficiently extensive and delicious (and you get a phenomenal view of Sofia with it). Ideal location for when you have to take the rental car to the airport the day after.

let me put it this way: I would rather pay the price for this hotel, than maybe the same price for an four star in the centre. Bye the way , its in perfect distance to the airport and the city center. And in a very nice area. The restaurant had just a stunning view, the food was exellent, and the white glowes of the waiter was stainless. This may seem a little ‘over the tip’ , review but its exactly how how we felt when we were sitting enjoying a very nice meal on the the top of Sofia. Unfortunatly we were staying in March so we could not use the outdoor pool. But we will. We will be back.

the room temperature was set to 24 degrees. which is is way to high to me.

Wonderful hotel. It is for 5 stars hotel. Nice and helpful personnel they are 24 h on request of the guest. 24 h working lobby bar which was very comfortable for us to have drinks at late. Nice outdoor swimming pool with big beautiful green space with some amenities for children. Food in the restaurant is very delicious service is the best. The view from the restaurant is spectacular. We very liked that the breakfast is prepared at the moment especially for us! Enough parking space Big and comfortable beds. Clean and very stylish rooms. We will come back for shure😊

The guys in the the reception where really helpful really nice people and friendly and the guys from the restaurant were nice too when we asked for our breakfast to take it with us they prepared it for us. much appreciated that ❣️ The room was sweet and had a nice view I didn't like the after smell when they cleaned our room cause it's stinks.

Breakfast was good.. but not to much choice cause it's not a buffet but I can understand that cause the hotel is small

The guy who helped me to check-in was very professional. Also the girl in canteen was kind and professional. Loved the team except one guy who I met in the morning while checked out. The room was very clean and comfort.

The guy from the reception in the morning was abnormally kind. I would even say abusively kind. It hurts. It was challenging to find the hotel location - if you just click the link from confirmation you get into the wrong location. But if you copy and paste the address manually to google maps on Android it works ok.

The reception-staff is very helpful and friendly. And the lady who prepares the breakfast is just a super lovely person. We enjoyed the great view from the restaurant and the pool area looks beautiful too. Just the carpets in the rooms are not so much our taste and when you shower, the bathroom gets flooded. The hotel could use a little update, but is all in all very pretty.

Very pleasant hotel up in the hills overlooking Sofia. If you are traveling by car, this is a great location and there was ample free parking right in front of the hotel. The hotel restaurant was excellent both for dinner and for the complimentary breakfast. All of the staff of the hotel were very nice.

The design of the shower was a little dangerous as far as slipping, especially for older guests. But other than that there were no complaints.

exceptional service - very kind staff, nice entrance area and very nice restaurant / breakfast area with stunning view. the room was good value for money. Breakfast was a la carte, one item to be chosen from a choice of 5. Unfortunately no vegetarian approach nor any fruit or yoghurt.

the evaluation sheet was in Bulgarian only. our bathroom had a peculiar smell though everything was sparkling clean. guess it has to do with the ventilation system. I mentioned to the concierge and they promised to fix this. carpet tells its age.
