The hotel is located in the central square of the Boyana district, 5 minutes walk from the Boyana church which has stunning frescos from the 13th century. (Follow signs to the church to find the hotel.) It is also a short drive from the National History Museum. Sitting in the square, it feels like you are in a lively country village rather than a capital city. There are several restaurants surrounding the hotel where you can get dinner and the "Freddo" cafe next door offers breakfasts from 9am. We booked a suite, which was vast and came with a walk-in wardrobe! There is private parking at the back of the hotel. The owner is very friendly and helpful; he also speaks good English.

Great location, green area next to mountain. Amazing conditions, big rooms, clean and splendid bathrooms, great welcoming. Next to the hotel is a cafeteria with good food, coffee and cocktails . It is the second time when we choose this hotel and we will do it again anytime.

The hotelier was friendly and helpful. Great fit and finish throughout the hotel. I was there in January and the radiant heat was more than adequate. Comfy bed, hot shower, fast internet, great view from the room's balcony, housekeeping came in everyday, ample parking, a great little restaurant/coffee shop next door, two bus lines connect to the metro system as well as tram line 7, going to the center. Abundant hiking opportunities nearby on Vitosha mountain. 10th century Boyana church is very close to the property. The hotelier arranged a private taxi to the airport at a reasonable cost.

The stay was very pleasant. Nothing not to like.

The guy at check in was very helpful and kind- and he even upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge! The place is a bit further from the main city but right next to the Boyana Waterfall hike and in general had stunning views.

There are air re-fresheners that are in every public space of the hotel which spray VERY often. I'm personally allergic/don't love the fake smells everywhere. The concierge was nice and took the one from our landing away, but it was still pretty overpowering for anyone who is sensitive.

Lovely quiet hotel, with a very cozy restaurant downstairs with good food. The room was very big, with a huge balcony, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. We stopped here on our way from Greece to Romania and we would have wanted to stay more If we knew how pretty it is.

We would have needed maybe one or two outlets in the room for charging phones and tablets. The couch in the room was a tad bit old, but none of these spoiled the pleasant feeling this little hotel left us with.

A fantastic, privately owned hotel on the outskirts of Sofia. I found staff very helpful. The hotel is a very short walk from Boyana church. It is in a very peaceful location, but there are restaurants and cafes close by,. Also close to starting point for mountain trekking - Vitosha mountains. To get to/from the city centre, take the Metro to Vitosha station, then the no. 64 bus. The bus stop at Bayona is close to the hotel, about 4 mins walk.

Location is good, nice view from the room, quite place, people are friendly. The room and terrace are huge, like an apartment.

We couldn't find the private parking but we parked around the bus area and it was never a problem. The area is quite, only in the morning we woke up from dogs barking at the street but hotel can't avoid that. Beds were fine, not the best, matrasses in Bulgaria in general are everywhere the same, thin, hard unless you book a high star hotel.

Very friendly service from Kasimir I would say beyond what is usually expected from a great service. Comfortable room. Great location. Very good restaurants nearby.

No air conditioning. In the afternoon is needed during summer heat.

a bit remote area near Vitosha. So nice suburb. Not for somebody who likes city centers. bus in front of the door, Taxis of course also available. Owner is very nice. Hotel is good.

Unfortunately there is no breakfast. But there is a coffee house nearby where breakfast is possible. Coffee opens at 9a.m. so not perfect for business in case you have to meet your partners early. The Coffee prepares also sandwhiches but that does not replace a real breakfast. However, it is like it is.

The room was comfortable & the bathroom well-appointed. I've stayed at this hotel several times before & enjoy being out of the city, especially in the summer. It is a bit difficult to get to if you don't have a car, but it is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Boyana Church. There are several restaurants nearby.
