- Responsive staff. Were very worried about my wife, when I said that she began to feel bad about herself. - It seemed, that hotel was redecorated just before our check-in, but the team keeps it in that condition for ages. - Clean and neat room - Good location: close to subway station and road, but there are buildings between traffic and hotel that help with sound isolation

- Construction works next to the hotel building. Is not impact the sleep or air pollution in the room(at least valuable) but it's slightly dirty in front of the entrance.

This is a new hotel with enormous rooms and a wonderful bathroom with walk-in shower. Toiletries were excellent! Staff were kind and helpful. The location is a bit weird but close to the metro so easy to get downtown or anywhere else one wants to go. Breakfast was great. Overall excellent value for money, given that this is the capital city. I would stay here again if I was coming back to Sofia.

We had the most comfortable and beautiful 5-day stay at this hotel. Perfectly stylish interior, maximum comfort, and amazing (in a very authentic way) staff! The location is also pretty good, easy to reach from outside Sofia, very close to Paradise Center, and not far from anything you might need in the city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, too! Highly recommended 🫶

Having stayed in many different hotels in Sofia when in town for work, I can say this is one of the best. The management and staff are fantastic, having everything ready for me to check in as soon as I arrived (on short notice!) Rooms are large, modern, and immaculately clean. Parking out front is available, close proximity to restaurants and the metro. Look forward to staying here again!

no restaurant or terrace, surrounded by constructions; when all finalized around will be very nice and if will extend at least with terrace/bar outside

Extremely helpful and friendly people there. Organised a vegan breakfast for me. They took the time and trouble to check if everything was OK on several occasions.

For what I needed for this trip it was perfect.

Very kind and pleasant staff. Room is brand new with modern furniture, spacious and very clean. High quality ameneties. 5 minutes walk from shopping mall.

Being in new developing area during the week it is very noisy because of outside construction work (during the weekend there were no construcions so it was ok). Far from the city centre.

Very clean and tidy, high tech, smart hotel! No detail is spared, staff super welcoming and friendly. 2 steps from a great mall. It’s definitely my place next time I’m in Sofia.

The staff is very welcoming, everything is spotless and it’s a pleasure to stay here. I was feeling unwell and I was offered special food in the morning and they suportted me with making me tea as well. always smiling and helpful

Extremly cozy, modern and comfortable furniture! Lovely colors of the bathroom and walls and curtains. Smiling and supportive lady at the front desk. Dog frendly hotel. It would be my favorite hotel for my business trips to Sofia!
