This was the experience that you hope to expect in a hotel! A relaxed vibe, good food, a great pool and a big room.
90 % of the staff doesn’t speak English. Everyday (how we experienced it) the manager comes over, he does speak English

It was very clean and the staff is very polite. The rooms are big and a big parking lot is a rare thing in Sofia. The bar is nice and one can really enjoy the tranqulity even in Sofia.

The staff was friendly and nice, especially the young lady behind the bar. They were also very accommodating.
The pool was unclean most of the time. There was no roomservice. Curtains in hotelroom were non-functional. Hotelrooms were not entirely clean, and some surfaces were damaged. Little information provided upon check-in.

Bathroom was extremely cold -10 degrees! Carpets dirty and very ugly smell.
