Friendly and helpful staff, clean, enough space, air conditioning in the bedrooms, nice bakery next door.

Parking wasn’t accessible for the last night of our stay because of a big car blocking the entrance. The girl at the reception offered us to use the underground parking but it is quite narrow so I had to look in the area which wasn’t easy. Also for the last night (our second stay) there was a problem with the air conditioning, we had to wait for about half an hour until it started cooling and it’s not a nice surprise when it’s late and you want to go to bed as soon as possible. The problem was obviously known but we weren’t warned about it. A general issue - the shower is in the same (small) room with the toilet and the sink with no separation between them so when one takes a shower everything gets wet. And the street in front of the hotel is quite noisy even during the night.

The staff was amazing. Really nice and polite people. The location is good. The only thing which was kinda annoying was the noise from the outside (cars and motorcycles).

Imagine you have a stove and a hood, but the kitchen cabinets are missing a pan and a pot. A very unusual situation for a luxury apartment. While taking a shower water was leaking from the bathroom to the kitchen floor under the door. It has to be fixed. A 201 Pillows were really uncomfortable.

We spent only one night in this hotel, in our way to Sofia airport and Erevan. The hotel is new, the apartment we booked was very nice, it was clean. It has private parking in the front of the hotel but it is tight. We had breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel and it was good although it was a little bit expensive.

We were 3 adults, the sofa in the living room was not prepared for sleeping, the boy from the reception gave as sheets and towels. It was a little bit noise from the street.

We had lovely 5 nights in this hotel. Had excellent breakfast every morning and enjoyed our room a lot. Everything was super clean and modern, comfortable bed and own kitchen in the room was nice. Staff was friendly. Really easy to reach by car and good and safe parking in front of the hotel. Very large park just across the street of the hotel so the area is really good if you are travelling with a dog. The location is little far from the centre but there is a bus stop just across the street that takes you to the centre in 30min. Lots of restaurants near by so you don’t need to go to the centre to have a nice dinner.

There wasn’t any pots or pans in the room that you could use to make food. Really nice kitchen but you couldn’t really use the stove or make dinner without them.

Enough space for a family of four, good location, air conditioning in both bedrooms, nice bakery next to the entrance.

It's not possible to sleep with opened windows (no mosquito nets and noise from the street), description says there is free private parking but only outdoor parking with no parking guarantee was available (we were told we have to pay extra for the underground parking), the receptionist didn't warn us that we have to lock the door with the card from inside and when leaving the apartment (normally it happens automatically), entering the shower cabin was a real challenge, floors weren't really clean when we checked in, there was a hole in one of the bed sheets.

We had the 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, for 1 night, while in transit to Romania. The place was clean and spacious, with nice light from the large windows. To our understanding, all apartments face the boulevard, which is very crowded during the day, making a lot of noise. It's less traffic during the night, but still could hear the cars, buses, trucka and motorcycles passing, and some people speaking down the road, even with the windows closed. I would highly recommend bringing earplugs if you want to rest. The room had a nice design. There was air conditioning and TV in each room. The bed was comfortable, and the extended sofa was large and good enough for 2 average people. The reception staff was friendly and speaking satisfactory English. There is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel, right in front of their ground-floor bakery and restaurant. The neighbourhood is rahter new, quite safe, lots of new residential buildings are being built in the area. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We had breakfast included. It's not a buffet - you have a number of combo options to choose from, which are not that well balanced from a quantity perspective, considering they have the same price (one option brought us one small croissant with one slice of cheese and one of ham and few pieces of cucumber, while another option brought egg, ham, tomatoes, cucumber, butter, toast, jam). Breakfast coffee was good. The staff serving breakfast did not speak English. I wouldn't choose to have breakfast included, unless you are in a hurry and want a quick early bite before going back on the road. The kitchenette is cute, but empty, it doesn't come with anything you would need to prepare a meal, not even breakfast. There were 3 cups, 3 glasses, 2 plates and basic cuttlery (fork & knife) for 2 people. Might have been bought by previous guests. You have electric stove, microwave, a loundry washing machine.

As stated above - heavy noise from the main boulevard even with windows closed - bring your earplugs to rest during the night. Kitchenette is not equipped for its purpose. Towels - although clean, they were worn-out, some had small broken areas. The pillows deserve 1 star: we had 1 per person, and different types - one was of a rock-hard sponge and impossible to fit under your neck, gave up on it, the other two were also poor quality, but at least usable.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean and well maintained. There is a private garage, but it's quite tight. The hotel offers free parking space nearby.

Instead of one double bed we had two single beds that kept moving all the time, it was very inconvenient. There was a tiny kitchen but it lacked all the kitchen wear, from forks to pans and pots, and cleaning supplies. The wifi was slow. Not perfect for work.

Parking ok, free. Breakfast ok, you have to choose from several types of meals (english breakfast, continental, french) and cannot combine. But is quite ok. Room upgrade to an apartment was free. The apartment was spacious and had a kichinette, also a terrace. Restaurant of the hotel: great burgers (we really recommend).

Bathroom: no wall at the shower space, so water was spread everywhere in the bathroom. Some repairs are needed in the rooms. (scratches on walls, stains etc) Price was quite high for the location.

Easy to find, secure car park, super comfy beds, nice shower, very clean, nice balcony, staff very helpful and we got 10% discount for the restaurant that had amazing food, just as good as Italy . TV had kids channels, all rooms have air conditioning, dining area, fridge, cooker, safe and whatever you might need , close to shops , overall very satisfied

Nice new structure, parking, proximity to Sofia ring road, size of the apt., wifi worked very well, helpful personel

Pots and pans are needed in the apts., there is nothing to cook in, only plates to eat from. Main issue was with the shower in our apt. that didn't have any curtain, plastic cover or anything else that you can close while having a shower so while you have a shower you flood the whole bathroom (photo included)
