Clean , friendly restaurant staff

The beds were not comfortable I booked a room with a one bed king-size bed, but they gave me 2 single beds pushed near each others ,the mattress and billows are horrible, and I tried to book the spa but it was not functioning I booked with them before 4 or 5 times mainly because the free car parking and new furniture but I think this time will be the last ,they didn't appreciate that even last time there was no water in the bathroom till 10 pm but they refuse to do late check out for me after 2 despite thatvi told them my flight is at 9 0m and they asked me to pay half of the room value if I want to stay up to 6 That was depressing for me. I know that is the rules, but I thought that they would compensate me for the previous bad experience

Very good hotel for one night before or after a flight. The 2 bedrooms apartment was in a perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen is good for one night, we even cooked a basic dinner there. The sky bistro is nice too. There are some food shops nearby, and a small outlet across the street in case you forgot to pack something (I did...). Breakfast is good with variety of eggs, bread, cheese, vegetables and fruits. The location is very close to the airport, 10 minutes by car, and the parking is excellent.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work so well when we arrived in the afternoon, but at night and on the next morning it was fine.

We booked 2 connecting rooms with a small living room and kitchen because we were 2 adults and 3 kids below 13. When we reached the hotel I was surprised to see the suite and noticed that it won’t be able to accommodate us all. I called the reception who sent the manager within minutes and he proposed to give us a second room for 2 next to ours free of charge. Their immediate solution to the matter was highly appreciated. Staff extremely helpful.

The room service wasn’t up to our expectations. Things weren’t tidy and clean as expected. Although beds were extremely comfy

Hotel is located very conveniently, close to the city center with tons of restaurants and easy to get to metro. Room was clean and spacious, with place to do some quick work as well. Provided shower gel, shampoo etc. smelled absolutely amazing!

The breakfast. I don't think I have ever experiened a messed up scrambled eggs - till that time. It was really hard to pick something to eat, which was a huge let down. Also the hotel restaurant is only open till 12 noon during the weekends - not helpful when you arrive tired and late on Sunday.

Very polite & responsive staff! Accommodating every request and need! The rooms are clean & comfortable, not the usual stuffy hotel feeling! The breakfast buffet was great, with a huge variety and choices. Highly recommend!

It would be great to have a coffeemaker in the room; while the breakfast is great, the 1st coffee will be even better in bed. The few small details we noticed needed attention - the sink was slow to drain, and the showerhead wasn't staying up - we informed them, and they took note to fix it in the room immediately after our stay!

Large rooms that are extremely clean. It's rare to wear white socks in a hotel and not get dirt on them from the floors. Comfi beds, decent pillows and bedding. Good bathroom with plenty of complimentary shampoo, soap, etc.

Very noisy from the boulevard next to the hotel. The windows have some insulation from the noise, but Sofia is full of dodgy cars with no exhaust, etc, so it was very loud throughout the night. Maybe a room not facing the boulevard would be much better if you're travelling with little kids.

We had a spacious room with a mountainview (and a few tall buildings). I liked the bathroom (with a bathtub) too. The room was clean and the large bed was comfortable. We arrived during the night and the night receptionist was kind and professional. Upon our checkout two days later we had again a friendly and pleasant contact with the receptionist. I had lost my printed traintickets and she printed them again for me. It's these kind of small gestures that make my stay a good stay.

The people from reception are very helpful and nice. I wanted a room with bath hub and they made sure that I had. Also they gave us all the info we needed. The location is great, near stores and things that you might need. Also, nice view and great breakfast, and the hotel looks very good and well decorated.:)

The only reason I am giving a 9 is the fact that there was a broken lamp placed upon the bed that was not very stable, a weird smell from the bathroom after showering and there were some noises in the night that stopped at some point.

The location was excellent, very close to the tram station, and also close to 2 big supermarkets The area was quiet, and the streets were not heavy The hotel is close to the city centre and to the mountain lift. The room was large and clean The staff was very helpful and friendly

The parking gate was not opening automatically, and you had to hunk horn or go to the reception to open the gate, but finally the kept the gate open all times

+ Good breakfast included. + Included free barrier private parking outdoor. + Nice view over the city. + Very good for transit as it is close to the main road of entry to Sofia. + Billa & Lidl very close (400m of walking distance) + Lots of street restaurants nearby (around 500m walking distance). + Extra large bed in one of the bedrooms. We definitely liked this one and we'll come back on next trip.

In the bedroom with the 1 person bed, there was the big ventilation hole for the centralized A/C and even if it was turned off, it made a constantly humming noise - a little disturbing, you won't notice it anymore once you get to sleep.
