My best hotel stay in Sofia! The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The environment was pleasant. At the reception, I was told that the building was under renovation, but I haven't heard any sounds or noises from the construction work. My colleague and I were in town for a stressful event, and returning to this room was a relief. I can't wait to come back after October, when it will officially open. ✌️

Clean and comfortable; the rooms are large and sunny;  new, modern furniture; good shower and bathroom facilities; free parking; the roof top view is amazing.  The staff is friendly, answering all requests promptly and patiently. We’ve had a warm welcoming and we even got a room upgrade. I really love the fact that it is pet friendly. There is a park just across the street; restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Large room, bright and clean,very different from the standard hotel room and you feel like at home. Friendly and supportive staff. The area is also nice, many places to have dinner just downstairs

We stayed one night during our travel and I instantly fell in love with our room - it was enormous, clean and super comfortable. The staff at the reception was really nice and willing to help. The breakfast was also good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, and if we have the opportunity, we will come again.

There is the underground parking, but when we arrived, it took us by surprise, and we missed the entrance. The hotel is on the corner of really crowded streets, it took some time to turn around and return back. It was impossible to park on the street. At the same location, there is the parking lot of Lidl, so when you arrive, you go through the same entrance as is the Lidl parking.

This hotel was luxurious! For the price, we did not expect such a beautiful place. The rooms were huge! The breakfast buffet was the best I have had anywhere in Europe and was included. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location for our purposes of the softball tournament was perfect. Everything was walkable. It is also super easy to take the bus 15 minutes into Sofia City Center. There are tons of restaurants, markets, and a bowling alley nearby. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. We also had free parking and free shuttle service to pick up from the airport.

Cannot say anything bad about this place.

1.Quite spacious, clean, very well renovated and decorated room (No 1009), with view to Vitosha mountain. 2.Decent and not wasteful breakfast with polite staff. 3.Excellent free underground parking. 4.Many stores around the hotel where you can find anything you need. 5.Very close to a lovely park and frequent bus service to the cneter of Sofia (No 94, 280. 6.Best value for money for us (genius 3). 7.The room had no TV (which was not a problem for us). 8.The hotel is in a good neighborhood with many univercity students.

We would appreciate if there was a small refrigerator in the room.

The best hotel I’ve ever stay in Sofia! Super fresh and brand new hotel, spacious rooms with comfortable queen size beds. The best common kitchen with all stuff you need and also a washing machine available. Super friendly stuff.

The only thing is that the hotel is not fully available due to the not finished renovation, but as soon as it’s officially open, it will be THE BEST place to stay Sofia

Very nice, modern, clean hotel, nice and helpful stuff, elevator, free underground parking, 24-hour front desk, big room, a/c, water, electric kettle along with tea/coffee. Big bathroom with free toiletries. Restaurant with menu a la carte (good food). Breakfast was pretty good (not too diversified though). Panorama of the city from the 12th floor (restaurant)

The main issue was that the room was close to the main street and windows not well isolated, all night the cars were passing by making a lot of noise and I couldn't sleep. No double bed (requested at booking) - there were two beds next to each other No tv (a little bit unusual for a 4 star hotel, I'd say - but it was ok for one night stay) and no fridge in the room. Shower door not sealed properly which caused water draining on the floor. The room was way too far from the elevator/reception/parking (not such a big deal). Although the digital key worked for us, a card would be better.
