Staff and quality of the room. Cosy atmosphere. Breakfast is great! I sincerely hope that electric smoking is not allowed in the breakfast room (don't know). Bulgaria has a smoking ban in pubic spaces but in the end one can choose between sitting in other people's (heavy) smoke, sit in a room next to the nicotine-obsessed room, or sit in strawberry smoke, because Bulgarians think it is harmless and just like summer air. Fresh air is underappreciated in Bulgaria. I hope this hotel understands this and will separate smoke from smoke-free.

Airco noise (switching on and off throughout the time we were there) just outside our room. make sure you check before you book. Also, the net curtains (behind the real curtains, which are fine) are uninterrupted and to open the window one almost needs to tear these curtains out;-)

Katia, was awesome with us. She gave us the top floor as we had 2 families, one on the 7th and one on the 6th. The 7th floor has a patio to sit out on and nice overview of Sofia. We had awesome weather in August. The Breakfast was very nice in the morning and the staff was always very helpful. Great central location for walking around. We had a car for Day Trips, so if you have a car make sure you reserve you place ahead of time as they have limited park places, we were there for 6 days. Highly recommended for families and it central location.

Hotel looked very modern/updated. Room was quiet and comfortable (though maybe because many locals take vacations at this time of year that it was not very busy). Location is decent, being quietly off the main road but a short walk from the city center

While hotel looked modern, inside it still felt a bit old and creaky, and maybe if it was busier, it would also be noisier. The hotel also seemed dead, with many rooms/offices dark and empty or unused (though maybe just because it wasn’t busy this time of year). Also the lobby bar was in a corner and I never saw staff there, which added to the empty feeling.

Our room was big and spacious with minibar and internet access that worked ok. The hotel is located near city center in a quiet area. Has also available parking which is cheap. We have enjoyed a good breakfast as options were really good.

The receptionist seemed bored and also was not aware that the booking was prepaid, and tried to bill us for the entire amount not just the parking and city tax. There was no GDPR notice, she just scanned our IDs without giving any kind of notice. The room had a perfume that bothered us, seemed that they used a lot in order to mask the fact that the hotel has a musky/still/old carpet generic odor. The shower hose was broken, and there where internet routers hanging in the room, that showed poorly terminated wires.

The room was nice and comfortable, and the parking is close, so that was good. Reception staff very nice.

The layout of the hotel is not great as it takes a lot of walking from reception to wing B rooms as they are at opposite ends of the hotel. Seems to be more suitable for business then leisure, lots of conference rooms and other such spaces. Also, the hotel is surrounded by apartment buildings, and there was loud music until very late at night, then in the morning very early we could hear all the noises from the breakfast area, chairs, plates, as the room was directly above the restaurant. The lighting in the rooms was also terrible. Very dim. The parking was a bit expensive (close to 15 euros for one night), for outdoor space, next to a decaying building.

The service from the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend people to book this hotel. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help us with any questions and they went the extra mile to fulfill some of our random requests. They always ensured that my friend and I were alright and comfortable with our stay. The room was clean, spacious and all the facilities were in good condition. The reception/lobby area has a dispenser that provides free delicious syrup and orange peeled water. Honestly the best drink I’ve drank in Sofia. Theres also many nice bakeries and restaurants around the area. Extremely convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank to staff for their kindness and warmth. Thank you!

Nothing, everything was fantastic

Excellent hotel, amenities, very clean rooms, nice and modern furniture, great beds, great comfort, excellent and varied breakfast, good position and close to city center and the most important touristic objectives. The personnel at the reception was very kind and welcoming, they recommended us some great restaurants and also gave us instructions about how to get to some touristic points. I totally recommend this hotel and if I ever travel again to a city with Eurostars hotel I will definitely take accommodation there.

I had a quiet room on the 5th floor.

There was a buzzing noise from the electrics in the ceiling once the air conditioning had been switched off. I had to flip a switch in the fuse box to get rid of it.

Convenient location at the centre of the town, near the most significant sightseeings. Safe area with no traffic noise. Modern and kids friendly hotel with new facilities. Spacious, lightful, quite and really clean suite (with 2 bedrooms). Helpful and polite staff (reception and breakfast). Very good breakfast with variety. Car parking just outside the hotel (it costs 12 euro/day). We would stay again!

Almost nothing! Just too hot in the rooms even after we turned off the heat.

- location (quite room but very close to all the places of interest) - spacious suite with 2 separate rooms (we had 3A), well suitable for a family with two kids - the early morning taxi to the airport was arranged quickly and with no extra charge, as well a daily excursion to Plovdiv at a very short notice

- the bathroom leaked due to lack of hermetics, it was always wet floor in the bathroom because of that - lack of hot food at the breakfast
