Great location, in the heart of Sofia, 2 min walk from the pedestrian area full of fancy restaurants and locals. Historical building freshly renovated in a modern and very youthful way. Literally I haven't met staff as I've checked online, avoided reception queuing, got a an entrance and a room code and the whole experience was very smooth. There is an exceptional guidance fun wall at the entrance, so you easily find what is where in the hotel. I've also enjoyed the spacious room, great cosmetic in the bath, comfortable co-working area and the free coffee, tea and cold drinks. And what a name - INTROVERT, it perfectly matches the quiet and relaxing settings.

The woman who was working when I arrived (sorry I didn't catch her name!) was exceptional. She was very welcoming, friendly, and organised me early entry to my room (eve though I was 2 hours early for check in). The hotel has only been open for one month and everything is fresh and clean. The room was lovely, the yoga/fitness space was perfect for me, and great complimentary coffee was an added bonus. The location is also perfect - very close to serdika metro so easy to get to and perfect for me going getting metro direct to the airport in the morning.

The hotel has a top location in the heart of Sofia. My room was clean, the bed super comfortable with everything I needed for a nice stay. As far as I understand, the hotel has been completely renovated. There is also a co-working area with perfect internet, free coffee and drinks, as well as a relaxation area with a PlayStation. The other thing that impressed me was the perfect accommodation system. I received the access codes on my email and didn't waste time tediously filling out paperwork at the Reception. INTROVERT is my new favorite hotel in Sofia. I strongly recommend!

Top location and very interesting contactless concept. This hotel is a real gem - right in the city center, very clean and newly renovated. Seamless experience - checked in online and received entry codes and room number. No reception waiting, fully contactless. There’s a CoWorking area with free drinks, but what really caught me is the PlayStation corner with a pretty decent selection of games. Since the building is entered only with a code, there are no outsiders and the atmosphere is very relaxing and private - suits the INTROVERT name perfectly. All in all - an excellent stay.

There is no in-house parking. Yet, the host guided me to a nearby secure parking lot - only 100-150m away.

The hotel was great for my short stay in Sofia and it was worth the price! The staff stood out to me, they always greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. The design is really nice, modern, and the rooms are clean Bare in mind, it’s in the center on a very large street, so it might get a little noisy during the night if you keep your windows open, but it’s really worth the location!

they could clean the windowsill more often, but that didn’t bother me a lot.

Central location, seamless experience and relaxing atmosphere in this smart hotel! Used the co-working zone and made the most of free coffee and drinks. No outsiders and distractions because of the guests only access - nice touch there.

No coffee machines in the rooms. You have to go to the coffee station in the lobby. But all drinks are free so no biggie 😉

Basically, just about everything! Cleanliness, customer service (a little shout out to Maria, Christian & Dedy) convenience & location. And of course, the Costa coffee :)

What's not to like? Have already made recommendations to 2 friends.

didn't have a fan to give us when the AC didn't work but after one night they moved us to a better room.

Accommodation and location, plus free Costa coffee.

Even though the soundproof window isolation is excellent, the tram noise is still audible and can be disturbing at night.
