The rooms were comfortable. The staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful, always ready to help us if needed. The location was great, you could walk to the biggest attractions, public transport, everywhere.

We didn't like the breakfast as much, it lacked variety, no eggs in sight either. In general it could be improved. The drinks offered, apart from the coffee, were too sugary for us, especially for breakfast, almost like a non sparkling soda.

The price was really good and the room we received was really nice. The breakfast was definitely in the plus, a big variety and the location is great. Just a couple of minutes walk from the Serdica subway station. Cleanness and stuff were great too.

The only downside, were the mattresses on the beds, we had two single beds, both which were sinking and some bumps in places. We only stayed for a night and it's not something that personally bothered me too much, but it's noticeable. Last, the hotel overall was pretty descent for the money we paid, and if I come again in Sofia, I would gladly stay again, although I don't understand why it's a 4-star hotel.

It represented excellent value for money. It isn't grand or palatial, but it certainly met most of our requirements. It's location was good for us: on a pedestrian shopping street; 5-min walk to Serdika metro station; 10-min walk to the central station and Vitosha Boulevard. The staff were friendly/helpful. The room was fine - nothing grand or fancy, but perfectly acceptable for the price. Fridge and coffee making facilities in room. A decent breakfast was also included in the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Noise from other rooms and corridors could be relatively loud at times, but this can be the case in many hotels.

Location is just perferct. You are in the centre of Sofia in quiet place with many shops and restaurants around. Staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. They helped us with trip to Vitosa. We value also breakfast, you have really everything you need.

They are 2 things I have to comment. At Booking it is announced that there is sauna and this is written also in printed material at hotel reception and in fact it is no sauna there. Little bit strange, but it is question if you need sauna during your stay. Second problem is bigger. I read also in other reviews, that you can hear everything from other rooms as the walls are very thin. In fact - it is like they are no walls between rooms. I asked for quiet room and every night we heard everything, really everything from other rooms - sometimes late in night, sometimes early in the morning. It means - if you sleep well everywhere and noice is not your problem during night, I really recommend this hotel. If you need quiet place, you may have real problem.

Location of the hotel is perfect - right in the city centre, walking distance from all the major sights. The breakfast was great - there was a variety of choices. The staff was very nice and kept the hotel and the room in a spotless state.

We asked for a room with three single beds but they couldn't provide us with one. Also, giving us more than one key would have been perfect since it was a little bit tricky to get into the room while my friends were sleeping.

Central location, you can walk to the center. The hotel is in a pedestrian street, quiet area. We booked also a parking space for 15 leva, it was very close to the hotel in a closed site. We arrived late in the night but the receptionist was still ready and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean. We had also a small balcony facing the pedestrian street.

We always had to wait for something at the breakfast, there was not enough staff. The tables were not clean. In the room you could hear the other guests walking and talking, soundproofing is not the best.

it is a nice hotel with helpful stuff. beds are comfortable and room was spacious. good pressure in the shower. we could not get a double bed in our room so they complimented us with a free day of spa.

I don’t know what walls are made of but we can hear everything people said in the room next to ours even when they spoke in regalar tone. you would def need earplugs.

Location, location, location. This is the very centre of Sofia, with all the attractions, restaurants and public transport that you could want. A hat tip, too, goes to the friendly and very helpful reception staff.

Drabness - in places. The reception area screams three stars, for hotel that claims to be and which charges for four stars. Laundry baskets (on wheels). For some reason, these were always parked outside my room. Airconditioning - or lack of it. Thank heavens autumn arrived before I did.

The staff was very polite and helpfuf, locati9m perfect, nice and clean and I recomand for business and family, the city center is close and walking distanxe. I will visit again.

About the parking it says fl free parking but they charge you 17 Leva ( 10 Euro) for 24 hours.

The location is excellent - near the Museum Regional of Sofia, the Mosque, the Metro, the Saint Joseph Catholic Churcu, and walkable distance from the most important spots.

The breakfast Besides that, we truly missed a map of the city...If I hadnt been in Sofia before it wouldnt be so easy to walk around...the hotel should had one for the guests
