The hotel is in a great location. It is in a very central place. The room size was quite sufficient. The items inside were sufficient.Hotel staff was helpful when checking in in the evening.

The only thing missing in the room was the absence of a hair dryer in the bathroom.We asked and taked for the hair dryer from the reception. There is no free parking.I parked my car,on the closed street in front of the hotel, but the tire of my car was locked in the morning. We asked the police for help and the municipal officials opened the lock in exchange for money. In order not to be punished, it was necessary to send an SMS from a Bulgarian mobile phone. But when we were tourists, we did not have such a phone. This needs attention.

The front desk staff here were very friendly and gave us great suggestions on local sights and events to check out when we arrived. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and very appreciated after a long and stressful day of travel

The only thing that could have made the room better would be the inclusion of a mini fridge and kettle for boiling water for tea in the morning. There is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can buy a coffee in the morning however.

I really liked the location of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. They were changing towels every day. The staff in the reception was very helpful.

There was a lot f noise from the street outside the hotel. Also, the bathroom was really basic, I would suggest a renovation.

The staff was extremely sweet and helpful. The location was also perfect, close to everything in the center.

The rooms were a bit too small and there was no separate area for the shower, so the bathroom would get all wet.

The night manager was wonderful. He kindly stood with me while I waited for Serdika Metro Station to open as I needed to be on the first service to the airport, as it was still dark out. The entrance to the Metro station was just up the street and it was a short walk to the main shopping street and lots of eating choices. Easy ground floor apartment.

It is situated in the middle of the city . staff prepared the room and give it to us a little bit earlier , as my kids was very tired after a long trip . Thanks !

Funny bathroom as the shower have no walls ( shower next to the toilet)

The hotel is at the ideal centre of Sofia. The staff are amazing. The rooms are spacious and the AC will guarantee perfect temperature regardless of the season.

There were stairs on the entry of the room, which are a slight tripping hazard. There is no food in the hotel, but there are a lot of places to eat nearby. Coffee is not provided, but you can pay in the loby.

• The staff was very friendly • Since the room was already available they allowed us to checkin even before 14h so that we can rest a bit from the trip. That's really appreciated. • There is a paid parking lot (SERDIKA) just next to the building and grocery store "Billa" (5min walking)

• The ceiling is a bit lower and if you are not careful you can easily injure yourself. • It was possible to access the windows directly from the roof of the shops ...which is making the room less secure • It would be better if the windows have metal bars/frames so that no one can enter the room from outside

Possition of Hotel is perfect. We were looking at famous church and everything was on a palm. Room was clean and beds were large. People in hotel were good and solve all the problems. There is parking place 50 m from hotel on open space woth guard.

Room cilling is too low - maybe under 2m. Taking bath is problem since there is no shower.

Everything was perfect! From the moment I sent a text to the hotel (through Booking.com) from Sofia airport to help me call a cab (I had forgotten to book one and was completely clueless), I knew I had made the right choice in choosing this hotel. I was initially drawn to the hotel in particular (when searching on booking.com) because the aesthetic (colors, style) matched mine, but it turned out to be even better than I expected— thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as other reasons, both objective and subjective. Finally, Hotel Central Point truly is in the center of Sofia—from the corner of the street, I could see four different monuments. I give my highest recommendations for Hotel Central Point. I forgot to mention!- It's a GREAT value for your money.

Given the size of the bed (it was enormous!), the room was a bit small. Apart from the small "foyer" (or entrance), the room consisted almost entirely of the bed. This didn't bother me at all, since I do my work while laying in bed on my computer (haha!) AND I wasn't even in the hotel for most of the day, but it might matter to others. I am sure there are rooms with other types of configurations at this site.
